State Support and Incentives
The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) has taken steps to encourage HealthTrackRxās investment in Louisville.
Last month, KEDFA preliminarily approved a 10-year incentive agreement with the company under the Kentucky Business Investment program.
This performance-based agreement offers up to $2.5 million in tax incentives based on HealthTrackRx meeting specific targets, including:
- Creating and maintaining 230 full-time jobs for Kentucky residents over 10 years.
- Providing an average hourly wage of $33.65, including benefits, for the new roles.
If the company meets these annual targets throughout the agreement, it can claim eligible incentives against its income tax liability and wage assessments, keeping a portion of the new tax revenue generated.
HealthTrackRx can also use resources from Kentuckyās workforce service providers. This includes no-cost recruitment and job placement services, reduced-cost customized training, and job-training incentives.
