JobsHQ, the parent company of the established aggregator ClickaJobs.com, has announced the beta launch of its new performance-led recruitment platform: MyOwnJobsite.com.

Moving beyond the traditional “traffic aggregation” model, the new platform is designed specifically for Staffing Agencies and Direct Employers who need to bulk-buy candidates on a Cost Per Application (CPA) basis.
By partnering with recruitment technology giant Appcast, MyOwnJobsite aims to deliver cleaner candidate journeys and measurable ROI for the US market, with expansion into the UK, Germany, France, and Spain scheduled for Summer 2026.
The Power of Programmatic
MyOwnJobsite has integrated Appcast’s industry-leading applicant tracking technology to power its campaigns.
This moves recruitment advertising away from the “Post and Pray” method and into Programmatic Buying. Using software and real-time data, the platform ensures job ads are placed in front of the right candidates at the optimal price point.
The result? Agencies stop wasting budget on irrelevant clicks and start paying only for verified applications.
2026 Recruitment Tech Careers
Jobs HQ is hiring Programmatic Strategy Managers and AdTech Engineers to scale the “MyOwnJobsite” ecosystem. Help define the future of performance-based hiring.

Graham Hirst, Director of Jobs HQ, commented on the strategic shift from volume to value:
“Over the years, we have bought and optimized hundreds of millions of job ad clicks and tens of millions of applications. We know the data better than anyone.
“By working alongside Appcast and their latest Clickcast platform, we can now track exactly what works, what doesn’t, and why. The landscape has moved on for recruiters; they demand performance, not just traffic. Our aim is to deliver the very best service possible. Employers who partner with MyOwnJobsite can expect to see up to a 50% reduction in cost-per-hire.”
Leading the Charge
The new venture is being led by Carmen Sochirca, who is overseeing the transition toward high-quality, performance-based delivery.
“I wanted to personally share that I’m now leading this new performance-led CPA product,” said Carmen. “MyOwnJobsite is built to move beyond the traditional aggregation model. We are focusing purely on performance, application quality, and creating cleaner candidate journeys that actually result in hires.”

Very tough economy for a new job board launch, I applaud your bravery. Good luck.
With the current state of the US market you are going to need to have something different to stand out. The partnership angle sounds sensible. Best of luck
Excited to finally share this! We think MyOwnJobsite can really shift the needle for high-volume hiring. Do you see CPA becoming the dominant model for recruitment advertising in the next few years?
Another platform promising the moon with programmatic. Let’s see if it actually delivers qualified candidates and not just inflated application numbers. Appcast integration is promising though.
Another platform promising the moon to staffing agencies. I’ll believe it when I see actual CPA numbers that aren’t inflated. Appcast integration is a good start, though.
Clicks turning into verified applications? Big if true. Appcast tech *should* help with that, but let’s see if smaller agencies actually benefit or if it’s just more enterprise BS.
Another recruitment platform? Seems like everyone’s trying to solve the same problem: getting better candidates without wasting money. Hope this one actually works for staffing agencies.
So it’s ClickAJobs but you pay per application now? Guess that’s one way to combat the bots applying to everything. Hope the pricing is decent.
“Post and pray” is still too real for most companies, so programmatic buying sounds promising. Wonder if smaller staffing firms will actually see ROI or if it’s just for the big players.
Another CPA platform? Feels like there’s a new one every week. Wonder if they’ll actually deliver better quality applicants than Indeed or just drain budgets like the rest.
