**JOB SUMMARY**
The purpose of this position is to offer support to the daily operations of the Branch Office and Branch Manager(s). This role is eligible for telecommuting.
**The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16.66 - $20.97. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Work with Sales team, referrals and/or patients to gather missing documentation/information to meet insurance guidelines.
+ Answers phone calls from customers to provide introductory information to new customers, determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer's questions, troubleshoot common issues with a product or service, work with the branch team and other departments to find appropriate resolutions, and escalate queries and concerns when necessary.
+ Perform several processing duties for the Branch as necessary including, but not limited to creating and working with intakes, reviewing ACIS screens to assist customers; and confirming delivery appointments, verifying insurance, obtaining authorization of equipment based on payor guidelines, completing tasks in processing tools, monitoring faxes and performing data entry document triage.
+ Perform post-delivery work order confirmation and data entry.
+ Perform initial outbound calls, faxes, SMS texting to patients and referrals on receipt of orders.
+ May conduct downloads of recording devices such as apnea monitors, oximeters, CPAP devices, and other respiratory equipment as directed.
+ Handle requests for audit/documentation purposes.May assist with document retrieval for billing purposes
+ Support overnight oximetry program.
+ Collect credit card/billing information as needed.
+ Assist with patient schedulingfor delivery and pick up of equipment.
+ Carry out filing, and faxing records on a routine basis.
+ In addition to set up or return of equipment, may instruct patients, complete paperwork, explain insurance and out-of-pocket expenses, handle payments.
+ May perform outbound customer satisfaction calls to patients and referrals.
+ Order inventory or office supplies.
+ Performs other duties as required.

**Education and/or Experience**
+ High school diploma or GED is required.
+ At least two years related experience in an office environment is preferred.

The Sleep Coach will provide excellent customer service and product information, solutions, and relevant details to CPAP patients about their therapy usage. This position provides above and beyond communication with our patients. The position will use behavior modification techniques such as determining patient adherence barriers while providing tools/steps to overcome and resolve them while improving overall adherence outcomes. The Sleep Coach provides support and resources, so our patients understand the importance of sleep therapy, their insurance usage requirements, and finally how to clean and resupply in the future!
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ The Sleep Coach will be responsible for the proactive and reactive patient outreach for the first full year of CPAP therapy.
+ Place and take (inbound/outbound) calls for new CPAP sleep patients to coach, educate and encourage patients with their CPAP therapy; help with troubleshooting equipment issues will also be provided.
+ Sleep Coach will utilize manufacturers software to review patient usage information to ensure patient call will be data driven.
+ Sleep Coach will use knowledge of OSA to assist with coaching conversation to ensure patient understands the potential effectiveness of therapy.
+ Sleep Coach will have a basic understanding of all manufacturer PAP and mask equipment to assist with typical troubleshooting questions.
+ Encourage patient to take an active role in their therapy by downloading and using manufacturer mobile app solutions.
+ Verifies patient demographics, physician and notification preferences and documents with each patient contact.
+ Accurately document patient account to ensure comments, discussions and concerns are captured correctly.

The collections representative follows-up with insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Researches any overdue account balance that is fully or partially unpaid and follows up by mail and/or phone to insurance carriers or customers on delinquent payments.
+ Reviews unpaid and underpaid claims. Resubmits or appeals as necessary.
+ Verifies payment information adjustments to supervisor.
+ Coordinates collection activities for delinquent accounts by preparing information for external collection agencies or attorneys.

**JOB SUMMARY**
The Delivery Technician is responsible for delivering durable medical equipment to Apria patients in the home.
**The anticipated salary range for this position is $19.60 - $24.00 (Hourly). The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.**
**Shift:** Tuesday-Friday, 10 hour shifts
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Pulls, packs, delivers and picks up medications, supplies and basic equipment.
+ May instruct patients on basic use of respiratory therapy equipment, durable medical equipment, oxygen equipment, and other equipment/services approved by state licensure limitations.
+ Loads and unloads durable medical and infusion equipment onto delivery vehicle.
+ Responds to emergency delivery calls as needed during regular business hours and on an on-call basis.
+ Completes necessary paperwork including daily delivery logs, pick-up and delivery forms and vehicle maintenance logs. Distributes paperwork to appropriate personnel.

**Why is this Respiratory Therapist role different**
This role offers high independence and strong community impact in a rural, growing market. You will support a small, close-knit team and play a key role in improving respiratory care across the Sidney region.
**Key highlights**
+ Work Arrangement: On-site; 50% office / 50% road.
+ Fully flexible Per Diem schedule.

**Salary range**
+ $27 - $34 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
**On-Call transparency**
+ Per Diem role - supports same-day patient needs as required. No formal rotation structure.
**What you'll do**
+ Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑ups
+ Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
+ Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately
+ Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs
+ Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams
+ Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop
+ Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation
+ Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition
+ Perform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signs
+ Performs other duties as required
**What we look for**
+ Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active NE RT license
+ Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10 - 50 lbs.
+ Valid driver's license
+ Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation
**Education**
+ Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
**Certificates, licenses, registrations or professional designations**
+ Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy
+ Hold a current CPR Certification
+ Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practice
