We're on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team and support our attorneys through all phases of pre-litigation and some litigation. This is a 100% on site position. We believe this work is done best together!

• Drive Success: Manage personal injury pre-litigation and some litigation cases, providing essential support to attorneys and clients.
• Be a Key Player: Work closely with attorneys throughout all phases of pre-litigation, ensuring smooth and efficient case progression.
• Engage Directly: Maintain effective communication with clients, providers, and insurance companies, handling inquiries and updates with precision.
• Stay Organized: Utilize your organizational skills and proactive approach to manage documents, deadlines, and case details effectively.

• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of Legal Case Manager experience required; 3-5 years preferred
  • Proven ability in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Experience in medical records management and understanding personal injury cases (highly preferred).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (2 years required) and familiarity with FileVine or other case management systems (preferred).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.

What You'll Do

As a Trial Attorney at our firm, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a High-Volume Caseload: You’ll oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month, guiding each from intake through settlement or jury verdict.

• Engaging with Clients: You’ll maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process.

• Conducting Key Litigation Activities: You’ll conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies.

• Advocating in Trials: You’ll serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for our clients.

• Legal Accumen: A minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation , with 5-8 years preferred. Experience on either the plaintiff or defense side is valuable, though plaintiff-side experience for civil lit is preferred.

• Licensure: Active and in good standing with the your local State Bar. Multiple state bar admissions are preferred.

• Trial Experience: Extensive jury trial experience and a deep understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence. We expect our attorneys to not be afraid of taking cases to court, and require at least 5+ first chair trial verdicts to be considered. 10+ first chair jury verdicts is preferable.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate case strategies and engage effectively with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Attorneys at our firm typically earn between $150,000 and $350,000 annually* , reflecting the high value we place on your expertise and contributions.
