_ Responsibilities _

  • Project manage the bid process from RFx receipt through submission, ensuring a consistently high-quality deliverable aligned with client requirements and AGS strategy.
  • Write proposals and related documentation supporting AGS MSP, Services Procurement (SOW), and associated workforce solutions offerings.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Operations teams to develop opportunity win themes and pursuit strategies from pre-tender receipt through negotiation stages.
  • Collaborate with pitch development teams to create compelling presentations and client-facing materials that effectively communicate AGS' value proposition.
  • Champion customer needs throughout proposal development sessions, pitch creation activities, and the overall bid process.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to build differentiated, compelling, and client-focused solutions.
  • Ensure all client-facing deliverables align with AGS branding standards, quality expectations, and proposal requirements.
  • Facilitate gate reviews, proposal strategy discussions, and proposal development meetings.
  • Contribute innovative ideas that enhance proposal content, solution positioning, and pursuit effectiveness.
  • Review and provide feedback on proposal responses and RFx submissions developed by other team members.
  • Manage document production, version control, distribution, and quality assurance activities.

Job Description
The Program Coordinator will join a team of professionals working in a fast paced, team environment. The Program Coordinator facilitates and manages various processes (client specific) within the contingent worker lifecycle from on boarding through off boarding. The Program Coordinator also provides first level customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist Hiring managers, Staffing Specialists and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including but not limited to: interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management and off boarding
+ Document all client reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
+ Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.
+ Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers and other partners via face to face meetings, email and phone

Job Description
Data Management Senior Analysts are primarily responsible for leading the Data workstream within the AGS Implementation process on complex projects. In addition, Sr Analysts are responsible for all VMS loads that have financial impacts to AGS (Job Title, Rate and Worker Modifications). Sr. Analyst is responsible for gathering and validating incumbent worker/project/rate data from a variety of sources, analyzing, resolving data gaps, quality checking data, transforming data and uploading it into a VMS. Sr. Analysts will be utilized on more complex and high-profile implementation projects and may be assigned an Associate to work with them for training purposes. Sr. Analysts would also assess potential risk to both the organization and to the project as part of the workstream. Sr. Analysts participate in quality checking/auditing peer data loads and assisting/mentoring Data Management Analysts and Associates as part of their training. The Data Management Sr. Analyst should be able to execute job responsibilities independently and with an understanding of how output would affect and impact other operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead workstream to collect, organize and validate data using a proprietary AGS data collection tool for complex implementation projects.
+ Develops, reviews, and sets clear expectations on the data management approach and timelines with other workstream Leads and Clients
+ Collect, interpret and analyze large data sets from various sources including Client, Supplier and Internal.
+ Perform analysis on data for quality and accuracy in large data sets, work to resolve data issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description
As a Talent Assessor you will evaluate and assess the candidate pool for a designated functional area of the client's organization with the aim of achieving high quality and timely filling of roles. Using the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) you will work closely with the on-site Recruitment Relationship Manager to manage those roles with high volume response.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
+ Review applicants that apply to the client's ATS for specified positions and use basic Boolean search logic to identify those that meet the qualifications of the role.
+ Create a short list of candidates and present to the Recruitment Relationship Manager.
+ Follow defined phone screen templates for designated roles and qualify candidates for fit against the defined competencies and criteria for the role.
+ Develop an effective compelling story to sell the job and client company to prospective candidates.
+ Assist with the interview scheduling process where necessary including gathering the candidate's availability and confirming the interview date, time and location.
+ Update the candidate's details and status in the client's ATS in a timely and accurate manner following the defined process steps.
Qualifications
+ Strong knowledge of technology (Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
+ Experience working in a team environment that emphasized group contributions.
+ Must be comfortable on the phones performing 10-15 interviews a day.
+ The ability to work under pressure and meet daily objectives.
+ Ability to write client-oriented communications e.g. emails, candidate summaries.

About the Project Manager Role
As a Project Manager within QWA's Transformation team, you'll lead small to medium-sized projects that shape the future of workforce technology. You'll work closely with executive sponsors and functional leaders to define scope, articulate deliverables, and manage execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
+ Own and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Clarify scope, goals, and success criteria in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
+ Lead workstream coordination, resolve conflicts, and monitor milestones.
+ Communicate risks, needs, and status updates to stakeholders.
+ Apply change management principles and consulting methodologies like design thinking.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor on project management best practices.

+ Curiosity to explore evolving Worktech trends and new ideas.
Qualifications
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from many different disciplines
+ Ability to develop consensus amongst diverse groups
+ Capability to manage relationships with and advise clients at Sr. Manager level or below
+ Strong planning experience and project management certification preferred
+ Domain expertise within human capital management required
+ Understanding of consulting methodologies i.e. design thinking methodology experience preferred
+ Strong presentation and written communication skills
+ Knowledge of organizational change management principles
+ Proven track record of managing projects; Awareness of of effective application of project management methodologies (desired)
+ 4+ years project management experience or equivalent business management experience (desired)
