We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth , build customer relationships , and sell Containers, Ground-Level Offices, Singlewide Modular Structures, Complex Modular Structures , and value-added products .
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed targets.
- Spend 40% on outbound prospecting , 30% on inbound inquiry conversion , and the rest on account development & customer visits .
- Identify and prioritize high-potential customers, industries, and market segments .
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into successful deals.
- Offer turnkey space solutions and value-added products to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and site visits .
- Understand customer needs, provide tailored product recommendations , and address inquiries.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track performance and manage customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities .
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide insights to management on customer feedback and market dynamics.
- Use a consultative selling approach to maximize pricing and lease rates.
- Prepare accurate, competitive price quotes for potential customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure successful agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order processing and delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Meet daily/weekly expectations on key sales indicators.
- Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues to achieve sales objectives.
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
- 1+ year of outbound prospecting experience.
- Willingness to travel (10%-20%) for field visits.
- Strong professional communication skills (written & spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) & virtual meetings.
