ASRC Federal Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a SCIF Design & Construction Subject Matter Expert with a Top Secret clearance to support our contract in El Paso, TX. Sign-on bonus available. There is no separate relocation assistance available. Non-local applicants will be responsible for their own relocation expenses.

The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following:

  • Single point of contact regarding the Secure Area (SA) construction security at a designated project site and responsible for implementing all aspects of a Construction Security Plan (CSP)

  • Designing and writing security plans SCIF construction and accreditation.

  • Ensure that the construction site and SA are not compromised and will relay any concerns to the Approving Official

  • Oversee that construction and ensure the entire facility is built IAW ICD- 705 to attain a final facility accreditation regulated by Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, IC Tech Spec - ICD/ICS 705, Version 1.5.1 dtd 26 July 2021

  • Address any questions posed by the authorizing official and will include the CO or the COR for any contracts related to the construction project to ensure proper dissemination of information and contract compliance

  • Manage the daily operation of two (2) Construction Surveillance Technicians

  • In coordination with the SSO and AO, implement the CSP

  • Review all project designs and documents (e.g., the CSP and SOPs) to ensure compliance with ICD-705, provide effective threat/risk mitigation strategies as requested by the SSO or AO, and perform security inspections of the SSM staff and construction project security to identify vulnerabilities and provide solutions to findings

  • Participate in meetings, in-progress reviews, integrated concept, and product teams, working groups, and design meetings. The SSM shall support the Government in meetings, in the capacity of a SSM by providing input to ensure project security from start to finish but will not speak on behalf of the Government

  • Conduct risk assessments as directed by the SSO/AO

  • Ensure the requirements contained within the ICD/ICS 705 (series) are implemented and all variations or deviations are reported to the SSO and AO

  • Conduct periodic security inspections to ensure compliance with the CSP within three business days

  • Document security violations or deviations specific to the CSP and notify the SSO/AO

  • Oversee Sound Transmission Class and IEEE-299 testing

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • This is an onsite site security manager position located in El Paso, TX

  • Active DOD Top Secret/SCI clearance required. Candidates without a minimum of a Top Secret clearance will not be considered.

  • Bachelor's degree in security, intelligence, business management, or a related field from an accredited university desired

  • A professional industry recognized security certification desired (e.g. Certified Protection Professional or Physical Security Professional)

  • Must have experience with designing and writing security plans SCIF construction and accreditation.

  • 10+ years of work related experience

  • 5+ years of secure area construction security experience

  • 3+ years of secure area construction security project management experience

  • Experience managing and working on ICD-705 compliant construction projects as the site security manager or assistant site security manager

  • Must be capable of reading, interpreting, and understanding technical drawings, blueprints, and related documentation

  • Must have expert level comprehension and knowledge of the ICD/ICS-705(series) as demonstrated by experience of managing at least three (3) separate ICD-705 compliant construction projects

  • Broad knowledge and understanding of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) policies and best practices

  • Broad knowledge and understanding of physical security policies and practices

ASRC Federal Communications is seeking a Cook II to support our US Air Force customer located at Eareckson AFB, Shemya, AK.
While working on-site, housing is provided in the form of a dormitory facility. All meals are furnished through the cafeteria. Transportation to EAS from Anchorage, AK, is provided by government sponsored aircraft.
This is a Temporary position lasting a maximum of 90 days.
The Cook II, Lead prepares any or all items on a menu. The candidate is the shift leader over all other food service workers, and provides technical oversight of a full range of food service activities, such as preparing and/or modifying menus and recipes, maintaining work schedules, assisting with food orders, and assisting with inventory control.
**Essential Duties & Job Functions:**
- Leads food service workers in volume preparation and timely service of food on assigned shift; develops work plans, pull
sheets, and cycle menus.
- Assigns, reviews, and evaluates the work of assigned food service workers; adjusts work assignments and schedules to
maintain adequate staffing levels, and responds to fluctuating workloads.
- Prepares food, including regular and specialty items, according to standardized recipes in accordance with management
directions, dietary manuals, verbal and written instructions, and/or cycle menus.
- Gathers, combines, prepares, bakes, or cooks a variety of foods such as meat, seafood, poultry, fruits, vegetables, soups,
sauces, gravies, salads, breads, and deserts as determined by menus or management.
- Uses commercial cooking equipment and all associated cooking utensils.
- Instructs, assigns, monitors, evaluates, and assists food service workers in serving food and kitchen clean-up including
washing dishes, mopping floors, and washing walls as needed.
- Performs related work as assigned.
- Ensures subordinates time records reflect accurate hours worked on appropriate job activities
- Coordinates personnel TOS requests while maintaining mission requirements

· State of Alaska Food Handler's Card.
· Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries.
· Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
· Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check, physical, fingerprints and drug test.
**Preferred**
· Certified Food Professional.
· Previous supervisory experience.
· Associate's degree in food service management.
