JOIN A GROWING STATEWIDE POST-ACUTE CARE PRACTICE

Medical Specialists | Avante Physician Services | Florida

A Different Kind of Opportunity

Avante Physician Services (APS) is a facility-owned multispecialty group serving 11 strategically located rehabilitation facilities across Florida—from Jacksonville to Boca Raton. Unlike traditional multispecialty groups competing for SNF access, our specialists practice exclusively within Avante's facilities, eliminating competition and ensuring immediate patient access and practice stability.

What Makes This Unique:

Guaranteed Patient Access – As a facility-owned group, you'll have an established patient population from day one. No marketing. No competing for referrals. Our facilities are your practice sites.

Strategic Location Advantage – All 11 Avante facilities are positioned near major hospital systems, creating seamless transitions for post-acute patients requiring specialty care. Your expertise becomes the natural extension of their acute care. This proximity strategically fosters relationships with local hospital systems, positioning you as the preferred specialist for their post-discharge patients and creating organic referral networks that benefit both your practice and the hospitals' continuity of care goals.

Statewide Growth Platform – We've built the infrastructure to support specialist expansion across Florida. Whether you're establishing your first post-acute practice or expanding an existing one, APS provides the operational backbone: billing optimization, compliance expertise, credentialing support, and strategic practice development to help you build a coast-to-coast footprint.

Flexible Compensation Models – Choose what works for you: creative revenue-share opportunities, salaried positions, or hybrid arrangements. We structure compensation around your goals and practice model.

Quality of Life by Design – Post-acute care offers predictable schedules without the intensity of hospital settings or the overhead burden of outpatient private practice. Rounded patients are recovering, medically stable, and benefit from your specialized expertise during their rehabilitation journey. It's clinically rewarding work without the burnout.

Proven Track Record – APS has successfully scaled multiple specialists to statewide practices with sustained growth year over year. Our 65% encounter growth in 2025 reflects real demand and operational excellence. You'll join a team of specialists who've already built thriving post-acute practices within our system.

Current Opportunities:
