Placement within these ranges will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level.
For all other locations, the good‑faith, reasonable annualized full‑time salary range for this role is commensurate with competitive geographic market rates for this role and will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level.

Must haves- 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in HR or administrative roles

- Mastery of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ITABoK) and fluency in modern practices such as cloud-native and AI-enabled architectures.

- Recognized as a contributor within the architecture or technology community, with experience sharing expertise and perspectives.
- High emotional intelligence with proven experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring diverse, cross-functional teams.
- This role requires a minimum of three days per week working together in person, either at a client location or at your Bain home office.
- Travel is required. This position requires regional travel away from your home office/primary working location. Travel frequency and destinations will vary based on project needs.
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain’s best in class benefits package (details listed below).

In the states of Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, and Texas, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $168,500 - $206,000. In New York City, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $191,000 - $234,500. Placement within these ranges will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
For all other locations, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is commensurate with competitive geographic market rates for this role and will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level.
