Summary:
Primarily responsible for performing repairs and installations to residential and light commercial electrical systems.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be on time and alert for assigned shift and work the entire shift as scheduled.
- Responsible for time management of jobs scheduled each day.
- Check in with the client at the beginning and end of each task to make sure they are aware of everything going on throughout the entire visit.
- Obtain client signature prior to completing any work as well as after the work is completed.
- Turn in checks, or cash at the earliest convenience for processing.
- Ensure all materials used for each task are properly inputted into Service Titan.
- Respond to all office communications in a timely manner.
- Check in as needed to ensure office dispatcher and/or field supervisor are aware of your status.
- Secure parts and tools needed throughout the day for various jobs as required.
- Consult field supervisor or dispatcher in times of uncertainty.
- Ability to communicate with customers in a clear, confident manner throughout the entire service so that they are aware of what is going on inside their home/business.
- Ability to adjust your communications to provide the best customer experience possible.
- Ability to create detailed job notes in the customer’s account for future reference.
- Ability to both teach and learn by sharing thoughts/experiences with your coworkers in meetings and in one-to-one interaction.
- Willingness to try new ideas and recommend process improvements to your manager with the objective of improving efficiency/effectiveness.
- The ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace both in a customer’s property and your company vehicle.
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance in accordance with company standards, as this role involves regular interaction with clients, customers, or the public.
- Maintain assigned truck, including gas, checking oil levels, and ensuring regular preventative maintenance is performed. Inform the fleet manager of any issues that arise with the vehicle in a timely manner. Maintains inventory of parts, supplies, and tools in assigned vehicle needed to perform work. Obtain parts, supplies, and tools from inventory or request ordering from Purchasing.
- Must understand current company policies and abide by such policies.
- Must consider safety one’s primary job, both for personal, co‑worker and public benefit, and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and of MO‑OSHA requirements.
Requirements
- Residential Wireman, Journeyman or Masters License.
- Pass a drug test & background check.
- Must understand English in a competent manner in order to clearly communicate questions, instructions or safety concerns to coworkers and supervisor.
- A valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
- Ability to perform multiple technical tasks to include operating equipment, adhering to safety practices, and planning/managing difficult tasks.
- Local building codes and safety regulations.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various conditions, including tight spaces, heights and hot and cold temperatures.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

As the Warehouse Operations Manager at Blue Sky, you will work as the leader of a dynamic and passionate team to create accountability, enhance communication, and focus on improvements to efficiency and profitability within our warehouse. The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the warehouse and all roles, inventory management, and logistics of getting needed parts/equipment to the field professionals. The primary roles, but not limited to, are as follows: coordinating needed activities, maintaining accurate inventory levels, developing and training staff on best practices and ensuring compliance with safety standards and organizational policies.
Job Responsibilities Staffing- Making sure all shifts are covered properly for the business’s needs
- Filling in during times of vacation/sickness
- Participate in interviews to help identify the best candidates for new hires
- Utilize the inventory management system
- Maintain proper levels of needed inventory utilizing min/max levels
- Expedite jobs needing to be staged and same day deliveries based on available resources (runners, uber, department apprentices)
- Utilize proper sourcing of needed materials
- Ensure the quality of products is up to the business’s standards by collaborating with senior leaders and department managers
- Coordinate material returns properly and efficiently
- Manage and solve team conflicts and complications
- Provide and document training in all necessary areas to the entire warehouse staff
- Participate and deliver content in monthly staff meetings
- Develop and utilize job duty check lists for daily/weekly tasks that must be completed
- Reinforce the business’s safety guidelines at the individual level
- Identify and mitigate any safety hazards to prevent accidents/injuries
- Attend regular safety committee meetings to keep the warehouse operations aligned with the company standards
- Ensure the entire property is well maintained and keeps a professional appearance
- Ensure all warehouse equipment is operational and coordinate any repairs needed
- Maintain accurate reports of company assets (tools and inventory)
- Help analyze and prepare data to present to senior leadership
- Report KPIs to the warehouse team on a regular basis
- Evaluate current operations to identify areas that need to be refined and perfected
- Work with other department leaders to make sure expectations and results are aligned
- Use KPIs to highlight potential problem areas and develop improvement plans

Position OverviewThe General Manager owns full P&L responsibility for the Denver operation and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Success in this role means partnering closely with Department Managers and Field Managers to set clear goals and KPIs, drive accountability across departments, and translate the Blue Sky Purpose and Values into consistent, exceptional outcomes for team members, customers, and the communities we serve. This is a hands‑on leadership role: the GM will spend significant time coordinating across departments to align priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and keep the operation moving toward its growth and margin targets.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a dynamic team of 100+ in a high growth and rapidly changing environment
- Empower Field Managers to demonstrate decision making using sales data, technician feedback, KPI’s, and process accountability
- Define and cascade annual revenue targets, commission structures and lead the overall planning process.
- Assist each individual Leader and Field Manager and help them to achieve their goals
- Establish, foster, and drive strong relationships with other departments to provide open lines of communication for feedback, job scheduling and lead generation
- Inspire and motivate a team of experienced service professionals to achieve results through training and development
- Partner with ‘HB Solutions Group’ Marketing to ensure we are strategically spending our marketing funds to maximize efficient growth in the Denver Market.
- Partner with ‘HB Solutions Group’ for HR, Accounting and Call center support.
- Maintain highly visible presence by conducting regular field visits and accountability to ensure excellence and value-add via our established processes
- Assist with vendor discussions & negotiations
- Recruitment and retention through building a strong culture of teamwork within all departments
- 10-15 years of progressive experience and proven ability in P&L leadership, strategy/ consulting and/or corporate growth program management role.
- Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members
- Strategic thinking capabilities to evaluate, assess, and make recommendations for change
- Analytical and very comfortable navigating data to derive insights and define strategies
- Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction
