About the role:

The Technician IC will provide technical and clinical support for Interventional Cardiology procedures, partnering closely with physicians, healthcare professionals and commercial teams to ensure excellent procedural outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical assistance during Interventional Cardiology procedures in Hemodynamics.

* Develop deep knowledge of the division's products, strategic therapies and clinical procedures.

* Support execution of monthly and quarterly territory plans.

* Collaborate with sales representatives, distributors, commission agents and other business partners to achieve business objectives.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, purchasing personnel, insurance companies, opinion leaders and hospitals.

* Conduct regular visits to current and prospective customers.

* Support the planning and execution of product launches and account development strategies.

* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead and support production associates during 2nd shift operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of daily production plans in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Own end-to-end shift execution, including real-time staffing decisions, production flow, and issue escalation during off-hour operations when site resources may be limited.
• Ensure compliance with the Boston Scientific Quality System by reinforcing standard work, documentation accuracy, and GMP requirements across the shift.
• Monitor performance using tiered daily management, shift metrics, and visual controls; identify gaps and take timely corrective action to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Coach and develop associates through on-the-floor engagement, feedback, and performance management, building capability and engagement across the evening workforce.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (quality, engineering, maintenance, training) to troubleshoot issues, support investigations, and ensure effective shift-to-shift communication and handoffs.
• Drive continuous improvement by leading problem-solving activities, supporting lean initiatives, and sustaining operational and engagement improvements during 2nd shift.
• Ensure thorough shift transition by documenting key events, decisions, and actions to support seamless handoff to 1st shift leadership.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including direct responsibility for daily operations, safety, quality, and performance outcomes.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct people leadership, with formal supervisory responsibility for front-line employees, including performance management, coaching, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated experience working within a regulated quality system (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO, or equivalent), including adherence to standard work and documentation requirements.
• Experience using production performance metrics (e.g., safety, quality, delivery, cost), tiered daily management, visual management, or equivalent systems to monitor performance and implement corrective actions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Responsible for attainment of sales objectives and increasing market share according to the quota set for your region.   • Market Analysis and Forecasting: Participate in annual division sales forecast sessions, providing insights into market potential, sales expense estimates, and identifying gaps. Develop and implement corrective strategies to address any shortfalls in sales performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clinical and economic decision-makers, including physicians, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders. Influence contract negotiations and customer engagement strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Corporate Accounts, HR, Finance and other functional areas to ensure the successful launch of new products, alignment on strategic initiatives, and the sharing of market intelligence.
  • Field Engagement: Spend a minimum of 50%-65% of time in the field with Area Vice Presidents and their teams to support professional development, deepen understanding of local markets, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Budget and Expense Management: Oversee the budget for all geographic areas, ensuring that sales objectives are achieved within the allocated financial resources. Provide guidance on resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Industry Knowledge and Training: Keep the sales leadership team and internal management updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments. Ensure that the sales team is well‑trained and equipped to effectively promote the company’s products.
  • Culture: Responsible for the overall positive and inclusive sales culture through fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team and ensuring alignment with the company’s core values and strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive sales experience in the medical device industry, specifically within the Cardiology or Cardiovascular space.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, including people leadership, coaching, and development.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time.

About the role

Product Manager III – Responsible for integrating an exciting new product line into our PAIN Stim Product Portfolio. This is a defined‑term position of up to 24 months on the Upstream Marketing Team.

Work Mode

Your responsibilities will include
  • Support the planning and execution of a complex new Product Portfolio integration program.
  • Lead "voice of the customer" and represent business needs for assigned integration products throughout the organization and with cross‑functional teams.
  • Lead day‑to‑day product integration operations with focus on fully integrating Peripheral Nerve Stimulation products within the Pain Stim portfolio.
  • Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, IT, Clinical, Operations and other cross‑functional teams to integrate acquired technologies into the medical device portfolio while ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards and internal quality systems.
  • Product hierarchy, part number creation, and product consolidation as needed.
  • Product packaging & re‑branding activities as needed.
  • Demand planning for assigned products.
  • User needs creation and complaint documentation.
  • Collaborate to develop and update product labeling/IFUs.
  • EU MDR product readiness.
  • Develop and execute global multi‑year integration product strategy for the PainStim business portfolio, with primary focus on Peripheral Nerve Stimulation.
  • Support design reviews, phase‑gate reviews and regulatory submissions related to integrated hardware and software products.
  • Drive issue resolution and decision‑making across organizational boundaries.
  • Support cross‑functional teams (including R&D, Global Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Project Management, Technical Communications, International Commercial teams, and external vendor partners) through integration workstreams.
  • Collaborate with downstream marketing to drive innovative marketing solutions for assigned products, programs and tools to create value and support the needs of the Sales Team during the integration process.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required (life science, engineering, or related field preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful related business experience, including a minimum of 2 years prior Product Management experience, including strategic commercialization.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment and familiarity with medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Comfortable working in Excel with ability to create and maintain forecasts, templates, business cases, and project plans.
  • Occasional travel, up to 20‑30%, may be required.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills.
Preferred qualifications
  • Advanced degree, or MBA.
  • Medical device industry experience.
  • Previous global launch experience.
  • Previous Integration or Acquisition Experience.
  • Ability to engage and influence cross‑functional colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
