Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand international sales across Latin America and Southeast Asia through distributor, importer, wholesaler, retailer, and marketplace partnerships (primarily Brazil, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand)
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers, and marketplaces in priority markets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiations through onboarding, outreach, purchase orders, repeat business, and long‑term account growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributor owners, CEOs, and senior decision‑makers
  • Expand business through traditional distribution channels, offline distribution channels, and international e‑commerce and marketplace platforms
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 4–5 international territories while achieving aggressive annual revenue goals
  • Hit an annual sales goals of $1.5M+ in Year 1, $3M+ in Year 2, and $5M+ by Year 3
  • Collaborate with internal regulatory, quality assurance, operations, and legal teams to support successful international product launches and import/export compliance
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and provide regular reporting to leadership
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and strategic partner meetings as needed
  • Develop new business independently with minimal oversight while delivering measurable revenue growth
Requirements
  • 3+ years of international sales, export sales, or business development experience within dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, food, beauty, consumer packaged goods, or related industries
  • Proven track record of generating $1M+ in annual international sales
  • Existing relationships with international distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers, or marketplace operators
  • Experience selling branded finished products into Latin American and/or Southeast Asian markets
