The District Manager serves as an inspirational, strategic leader responsible for supervising multiple travel centers within a defined geographic region. **Leadership & People Development**
+ Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and their leadership teams across all assigned locations.

+ Coach General Managers to maintain proper non‑fuel inventory levels, cash controls, product pricing, and product mix.
+ Maintain operational knowledge of POS systems and ensure teams adhere to established processes.
**Financial & Business Performance**
+ Establish and own district‑level goals aligned with company objectives related to people, profit, safety, service, and quality.
+ Analyze P&L statements, budgets, coverage ratios, and expense reports to drive sustainable financial performance.
+ Supervise key performance indicators, find opportunities for improvement, and communicate insights to the Area Director and truck service leadership.
+ Ensure each location operates as a profitable, well‑run business with strong cost controls and revenue optimization.
**Customer Experience**
+ Champion exceptional customer service standards across all locations.
+ Coach teams on effective service principles and engage directly with customers when needed to resolve issues.
+ Ensure every traveler receives a consistent, high‑quality experience.
**Compliance & Certification**
+ Stay current on industry guidelines, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
+ Complete required lead certification for the majority of restaurant brands managed (minimum of two).
**Travel**
+ Travel regularly within the district, including occasional overnight stays.
+ Maintain a valid driver's license.
**Qualifications**
**Required**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field or major.
+ 8+ years of successful multi‑unit leadership experience with demonstrated positive results.
+ Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
+ Deep understanding of category performance indicators such as gross margin, ROI, inventory turns, and basket size.
+ Ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with operational understanding of POS systems.

**About the role**
The Manager, Wellfield Construction will manage LFG collection and control system (LFGCCS) construction projects from beginning to end including design review, take-off development, material procurement, sub-contractor coordination, client relations, and engineering coordination. Position requires up to 50% travel. The role will mainly support our Central to Midwest sites, and will support additional locations in the US
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Review and understand LFG construction plans.
+ Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed.
+ Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
+ Ensure LFG construction projects are completed per industry and company standards.
+ Develop creative and cost-effective solutions for wellfield design and construction issues.
+ Manage all aspects of LFGCCS construction projects.
+ Coordinate project development and completion within the Wellfield Team.
+ Manage working relationships with project owners and engineers.
+ Ensure adherence to all company and landfill safety policies and procedures by self, team members, and contractors.
+ Assist with capital budget planning.
+ Manage and support WFT members conducting repairs and in-house wellfield construction projects.
+ Review and comment upon evaluations, design plans, details, and reports prepared by others.
+ Oversee and assist regional leaders, superintendents, and field personnel with project management and contractor and construction oversight.
+ Prepare project and budget tracking summaries and reports for leadership.
+ Supply correspondence and written communications as needed to meet company and landfill regulatory requirements and goals.
+ Coordinate, communicate, and verify corrective actions and/or repairs needed to maintain efficient operation and compliance of the LFGCCS.
+ Use required personal protective equipment (including but not limited to FR and hi-vis clothing, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, chemical protection and H2S monitoring equipment) at all times while on job sites.
+ Travel to job sites across the U.S. as needed for staff and project support.
**Essential education**
+ 5+ years of relative experience in the LFG industry
+ Any technical certification or training is a plus.
+ Advanced understanding of LFGCCS design and operation, including gas extraction wells, flare systems, pumps, sumps, and piping systems.
+ Experience reviewing LFGCCS design plans, including design of wells, piping, flare, and blower systems.
+ Experience in the design and installation of liquid extraction and conveyance systems including pneumatic pumps, air, and force main lines.
+ Experience with PVC and HDPE piping installations.
+ Ability to read and interpret plan and detail drawings.
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
+ Ability to follow and understand instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
+ Ability to solve practical problems that deal with a variety of variables.
+ Ability to work independently with a minimal amount of general supervision.
+ Good time management and planning skills; ability to keep track of and meet schedules/deadlines.

**About the role**
The Trading Operator is integral to the success of the Trading & Shipping organization. Trading & Shipping is an integrator to deliver BP's strategy of resilient hydrocarbons and low carbon energy. The Trading Operator coordinates the safe, efficient, and reliable execution of the physical movements into and out of supply chain networks supporting our refineries, branded customer network, and trading business. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot problems and have a commercial mentality to optimize decisions that improve profitability or lower costs. The Trading Operator must deliver safety and compliance requirements, meet product quality for the deal or regulations, and communicate effectively across internal and external parties. Our Trading Operators have a bias for action as well as a focus on efficiency and automation.
This role in Cherry Point plays a vital role in moving product between suppliers, refineries, terminals, and customers across all modes of transportation including pipelines, rail, truck, intra terminal movements, barges, and vessels. The successful candidate will work on a specific operations bench but will be expected to develop broad operations skills to be deployed across multiple roles in the team for leave coverage and business needs. This includes learning multiple modes of transportation, commodities, and supply chains.

**About the role**
The Field Service/Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly skilled mechanical, electrical, electronic and instrumentation work in the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of Archaea plant equipment, including but not limited to: troubleshooting simple to complex issues, rigging, maintaining and repairing pumps, engines, electric motors, fans, compressors, piping, valves, filters, traps, vaporizers, heat exchangers, gas meters, gas, instrumentation, MCC's, VFD's, and fire detection equipment. This position will be based out of the Memphis, TN area and requires travel to Archaea plants within the region.
**Key accountabilities**
+ Works closely with the plant operations team in the troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment.
+ Repair, replace, and adjust malfunctioning equipment to restore proper operating conditions specified in regulations and repair manuals.
+ Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of all facilities and equipment as needed.
+ Tests and calibrates, to established industry standards, equipment such as pressure and temperature transmitters, valve positioners, pneumatic controllers, electronic controllers, pressure and temperature switches and other process control equipment.
