**What you'll do**
+ Participate in startup and commissioning of new units, applying expertise to support a state-of-the-art facility.

**About This Role**
The Sales Support professional plays a critical role in enabling timely and accurate service sales quoting for mission critical data center customers. This role is responsible for developing service repair quotes, pricing service agreements and change orders, and actioning field generated technician leads. Success in this role requires urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to quote requests supporting high‑impact data center needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Prepare timely and accurate service repair quotes for data center sites supporting corrective, preventative, and emergency service needs
+ Use the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tool to price service agreements, change orders and scope adjustments for existing data center accounts
+ Support pricing and documentation for data center service offerings, ensuring compliance with commercial, technical, and financial requirements. Follow the sales gate process for quote review
+ Respond with urgency to incoming quote requests, understanding the time sensitive, uptime critical nature of data center operations
+ Partner with Field Service Technicians, Field Service Managers, and Sellers for input on quote parameters
+ Work with Field Service Managers to review Technician generated leads for quoting opportunities, and ensure follow-up and closure
+ Maintain accurate records of quotes, approvals, and changes within our CRM platform
+ Assist with reporting and tracking of quote volume, cycle time, and win/loss feedback
**Required Qualifications**

**About this role**
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Data & AI Governance lead for defining, establishing, and enforcing an enterprise-wide governance framework for data, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) assets and practices. + 8+ years of experience working with major cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data governance tools (Collibra, Alation, Atlan, or similar).

**About this Role**
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented Senior Technical Project Engineer on our Data Center and Industrial team, focusing on business development and HVAC sales. You will be responsible for supporting our growth in commercial equipment, controls and service sales in the Data Center and Industrial market in North America.

**Higher Education Strategic Account Manager**
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive account management and strengthen key customer relationships within the Higher Ed sector. Scope of Position:
As a Lead Field Engineer, you will be crucial to ALC's business through the field commissioning of building automation systems created specifically for each individual customer. About this role
We are seeking a Staff Lab Technician to join our Compression Engineering team at our R&D center located in Syracuse, New York.
Responsibilities include setup, maintenance, and operation of compressor performance and reliability test stands in a laboratory setting.
Ability to perform hands on work with mechanical and electrical systems including knowledge of best practices for piping systems as well as power and control system wiring per NEC (National Electric Code) and UL (Underwriters Laboratory) codes. Use of test and measurement equipment and lab data acquisition systems.
Key Responsibilities

Installation and removal of compressors from test stands.

Fabricate and connect associated piping, wiring, and test instrumentation.

Perform system leak testing and transfer of refrigerants between test stands and storage containers.

Perform compressor tests over operating conditions requested by engineering team.

Collect and manage test data using manual and automated data acquisition systems.

Modify test setups as instructed by engineering team.

Basic Qualifications
