Overview
Direct Internet Sales Role for a 3+ month contract-to-hire opportunity in both the St. George/Hurricane, UT area. Candidates must live within 30 minutes of either the St. George or the Hurricane area.
The Role- Responsible for sharing business solutions with members of the community in a door-to-door sales approach. This includes having energy, knowledge, and ability to overcome concerns and questions from customers.
- Ability to learn the Tech industry and speak with ease and comfort about the many solutions and offerings. Training will be provided!

The Main Responsibilities- Activate the sales strategy for the market area.
- Responsible for cold calling and prospecting, both on the phone and face-to-face, in a high-activity sales model.
- Daily/weekly business reporting and accurate documentation of sales activity are required.
- Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, & competitors.
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer\'s business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities to deliver a value-adding business solution.
- Manage and develop sales funnel and proactively monitor sales activity against assigned quota.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external.
- Complete daily activity logs, sales reports, etc.
- Consult with customers to gather information and make recommendations for their communication and entertainment needs.
- Manage mileage and expense reports within the allocated budget.
- Develop proficiency in assigned product sub-set into your assigned multi-tenant unit buildings.
- Become proficient in systems, use cases, and product offers for sales quoting and ordering.
- 1+ years\' sales experience.
- Possess excellent communication skills and can develop and deliver meaningful and concise presentations, as a majority of this role will be going outside talking to potential customers.
- Possess a strong knowledge to overcome customer objections.
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and translate numbers and reporting into actionable plans to meet or exceed monthly sales quota.
- Valid driver\'s license and satisfactory driving record are required .
Pay rate: $30.00 per hour on W2. Once converted to perm, additional compensation with commissions (On Target Earnings is $80,000)

Summary
The Finance Director is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the financial functions of a public sector division. This role includes oversight of budgeting, accounting, financial planning, grants management, procurement, and auditing to ensure fiscal responsibility and regulatory compliance. The Finance Director serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and advises senior management and the board on financial matters.
What you’ll do- Provide timely financial strategy advice based on changes in the financial environment in sufficient time to implement effective tactics and strategies to ensure sound fiscal management.
- Plan, develop, and oversee the implementation of long, and short-range strategies and programs in support of the systems goals, objectives, and strategic plans.
- Evaluate financing mechanisms to ensure the financial needs/goals of the organization are achieved.
- Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
- Primary responsibility for all financial activities and be tasked with building the core financial practices to meet the needs of operations.
- Maintain the strong financial infrastructure required to support significant growth.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting for federal, state and local funders, grants and contracts.
- Clearly and articulately convey financial performance, budgets, and other key financial information through reports and presentations to the CEO, executive team, Board, and other key stakeholders as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required. Advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of finance experience within a government or public sector is required.
- 8 years of government fund accounting and grant management.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience at a management level supervising multiple areas of staff.
- Deep expertise in Public Sector Accounting
- Proficiency in financial software systems and tools
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse stakeholders.

We are seeking a Technician Integration Engineer in Kent, WA.
Duration : 6-9+ months, high possibility to convert to perm
Available shifts: A shift Monday - Thursday 5am - 3:30pm
B shift Monday - Thursday 3pm - 1:30 am
C shift Friday - Sunday 5am - 5pm
Pay: $42-$46.20/hour W2 depending on shift
Prescreening Questions: Do you have experience drilling precision holes? If so, what kind of materials? Countersinking/installing tolerance fasteners? Do you have hydraulic assembly experience or any other precision assembly experience? Working from a drawing? Do you have cleanroom experience?

Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in precision assembly
- Experience drilling and preparing close tolerance holes for structural assembly and fastener installation
- Ability to document and maintain accurate records, strict procedural compliance, as well as read drawings and prints
- Ability to use standard tools and basic fabrication equipment
- Experience assembling and troubleshooting aerospace, military hardware, or other related fields
- Demonstrated ability to use standard mechanical tools, fabrication shop equipment
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion
Desired:
- Experience in launch vehicle or propulsion system assembly and vehicle integration
- 5+ years’ experience in aerospace or related fields
- A&P license or equivalent experience in launch vehicle or propulsion system assembly and integration
