Location: Prescott, AZ

CornerStone Professional Placement is partnering with a respected financial institution to identify an experienced Branch Manager for its Prescott, Arizona location. The Branch Manager will provide leadership for branch personnel, guide business development efforts, ensure operational excellence, and help create an environment where both employees and members can succeed.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • At least four years of experience in financial services with a focus on sales and customer relationship management.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience leading and developing employees.
  • Cash handling experience is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven ability to navigate challenging customer situations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) registration.
Compensation & Schedule
  • Salary: Approximately $83,000 annually plus bonus
  • Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM‑1:00 PM
  • Location: On‑site in Prescott, AZ

Reporting directly to executive leadership, you'll play a key role in protecting the business while partnering with operational leaders to support continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, vendor contracts, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, leases, and amendments.
  • Analyze contractual risk related to indemnification, insurance, limitation of liability, warranties, confidentiality, intellectual property, payment terms, and dispute resolution.
  • Coordinate contract negotiations, maintain contract documentation, manage approval workflows, and monitor key contractual obligations.
  • Support corporate governance by maintaining business registrations, corporate records, compliance calendars, and regulatory filings.
  • Monitor contractual, federal, state, and industry compliance requirements while partnering with internal stakeholders and outside legal counsel when appropriate.
  • Coordinate insurance renewals, review client insurance requirements, evaluate certificates of insurance, and assist with project-specific risk management activities.
  • Administer workforce compliance programs, including employment documentation, background screenings, drug and alcohol testing, and contractor qualification requirements.
  • Prepare executive summaries, compliance reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve contracting, compliance, documentation, and operational processes through technology and best practices.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, document comparison tools, and AI-enabled productivity solutions to improve efficiency while maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in corporate legal work, commercial contracts, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Excellent understanding of contract analysis, commercial risk, and corporate compliance principles.
  • Strong legal research, negotiation, analytical, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal and business concepts to executive leadership and operational teams.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word redlining and document comparison.
  • Experience supporting engineering, construction, manufacturing, industrial, energy, or other B2B organizations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems, ERP platforms, or AI productivity tools is a plus.
  • Active Bar admission is not required .
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to travel approximately one week per quarter.
