**Job Purpose Summary**
We are seeking an **Associate Sales Representative - Ophthalmology** with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team.
The **Associate Sales Representative - Ophthalmology** is responsible for supporting the sales process for our surgical and clinic product portfolios, providing in-service and technical support to customers, and working in conjunction with our Field Sales Team on customer management.
**What you will do**
- The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) position is responsible for driving revenue of Corza products in existing and new customers in acute and non-acute settings. A successful Associate Sales Representative will work with existing Territory Managers to increase sales by supporting clinical trials, cross-selling and upselling the Corza Medical portfolio, and regularly in-service current customers to ensure a healthy purchasing cycle. This is a hybrid position and as such, the ability to be a team player is crucial.
- Demonstrate effective territory knowledge and partner as needed with Territory Managers and adherence to assigned administrative duties.
- Provide feedback on customers, competitors, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace.
- Communicate regularly with Director of Sales and provide feedback.
- Demonstrate ability to perform administrative and clinical support tasks in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with surgical and support staff.
- Drive and manage the sales cycle at all levels within targeted accounts to realize advancement of selling process on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Attend trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings as needed.
- Understand and comply with applicable customer policies, HIPAA, and vendor requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
**What you will need**
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum 2+ years experience. 1-2 years' operating room sales/medical device experience is required. Ophthalmology experience is a plus.
- B2B selling experience, within med device or related fields preferred.
- Proficient with CRM platform (Salesforce.com).
- Highly organized and has very effective time management skills.
- Highly customer focused.
- Excellent selling and presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including strong listening skills.
- Ability to effectively build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organizational levels.
- Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, PowerPoint as well as networks and internet applications.
- Up to 25% overnight travel domestically within territory (depending on candidate's location within region).
- Must live within the Atlanta, GA area.
- This role requires meeting the hospital credentialing requirements.

**What you will do**
Reporting to the Area Business Manager, the Territory Sales Specialist will act as the primary sales contact between the company and our Non-Acute customers and distributor partners. Responsible for maintaining existing sales and generating additional sales of Quill®, SharpointPLUS®, Sharpoint® and other Corza brands.
- Manage a defined non-acute territory to meet or exceed sales goals for Corza Medical's Wound Closure and surgical product portfolio.
- Identify and convert new customer opportunities through prospecting, product presentations, and follow-up.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and procurement/purchasing teams.
- Conduct in-services, product demonstrations, and staff education sessions to support product utilization.

**Documentation Support**
- Partner with Production and Quality Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to revise and maintain controlled documentation.
- Create and update user manuals, job aids, work instructions, and procedures to support product and process understanding.
- Edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency without altering technical intent.
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop a thorough understanding of documented processes and requirements.
- Route documentation through change management and approval workflows to support and justify revisions.
- Coordinate training and communication related to document updates and revisions.
**General Office & Administrative Support**
- Serve as a trained backup for select Office Manager and Materials Management Supervisor responsibilities to ensure continuity during absences.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance and service for office equipment, including copiers, printers, fax machines, and telephone systems.
- Provide general administrative support and assistance to team members as needed.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support overall business operations.
**What you will need**
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma.
- 2-4 years of experience in inventory coordination, materials management, documentation support, or administrative operations.

Job Purpose Summary

We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Support and collaborate with Director, Medical Affairs providing strategic insight and expertise across Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory, Training, and Marketing functions.
  • Act as a Regional contact for scientific and medical inquiries, including Medical Information (MI), pharmacovigilance, and product‑related support.
  • Provide non‑promotional, evidence‑based scientific exchange regarding product performance, safety and clinical outcomes.
  • Translate clinical evidence and real‑world surgical experience into meaningful insights that support improved product use, procedural efficiency, and better outcomes across a range of surgical specialties.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in support of company objectives and enhancing the company’s reputation as a scientifically innovative industry partner.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of local and global medical strategies, including input on key product messaging, positioning, educational initiatives, and Annual Strat Plan for US Medical Affairs.
  • Collaborate closely with local commercial teams and global Medical Affairs to support the implementation of brand and go‑to‑market strategies, directly and through local partners.
  • Participate in the review and approval of promotional materials, educational content, and scientific communications in alignment with internal and regional compliance standards.
  • Monitor evolving surgical techniques, competitive hemostatic technologies and clinical guidelines.
  • Prepare and deliver high‑quality scientific product presentations and clinical summaries for use in customer engagements, internal training, and industry events.
  • Train commercial teams on products, procedures, and clinical evidence to ensure accurate and confident field communication.
  • Develop and execute strategic publication and education plans, including CEU programs, congress presentations, and advisory board content.
  • Participate in regional and international scientific meetings, presenting key clinical evidence and representing the company in interactions with medical professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Maintain deep expertise in relevant disease states, products, and evolving clinical trends to guide strategy, support evidence generation, and inform cross‑functional decision‑making.
