**Applications Sales Engineer**
Our Idaho Falls business unit is looking for an Applications Sales Engineer to join their team!
In this role, you will join our Customer Success Team as part of our Instrumentation and Controls business unit and be empowered to help identify, assess, and evaluate product solutions that will address the needs of our client's business. You will interact with clients to assess nuclear plant processes and align product needs with Curtiss-Wright offerings. You will collaborate with internal technical teams to provide and deliver according to client's specifications and be a champion for customer requirements to ensure expectations are met.

+ Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and develop proposals and that comply with client's requirements in matters of content, format, and structure.

As our Drafting Supervisor, you will lead and guide a team of drafting professionals. This team is part of the Engineering Group and provides drafting support for advanced power plant designs including Small Modular Reactors as well as existing nuclear power plants.

**Your Challenge**
+ Contribute to development of a Curtiss-Wright drafting standard.
+ Creates and modifies detailed drawings using CAD/CAM hardware and software from sketches, layouts or notes provided by engineering.

**What You Bring**
**Required**

**Your Challenge:**

+ Ability to specify and select DCS / PLC instrumentation including field instruments
+ Experience with analog and digital electronic circuits
+ Able to troubleshoot problems with data acquisition systems, networks, and AC - DC wiring
**Additional Preferred Expertise:**
+ Equipment layout or panel design experience for end user facilities
+ Experience with networks including VLAN planning, network switch configuration and basic routing
+ Experience with CAD software such as Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD, etc.

We are searching for a HR Administrator to join our Nuclear Team!
As our Senior HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our Human Resources Team in the areas of HRIS, onboarding, employee relations, organizational development and training, and Total Rewards administration.
A high degree of judgment and tact in handling confidential information is required in additional to a good knowledge of human resources procedures and policies. The incumbent will work closely with the HR team and management to address a variety of simple to moderately complex issues, resolving employee queries and supporting HR initiatives.

**Your Challenge:**
+ Commitment to professionalism, maintaining confidentiality, and handling sensitive information appropriately and with discretion
+ Initiates and reviews employee transactions in our HRIS. Handles process flow of workplace movements (hires, terms, transfers, promotions, etc.) and related procedural communications with Payroll Department and others.
+ Assists with the collection of data for HR metrics, employee engagement surveys, and workforce data. Assists with the preparation of data and reports for management
+ Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and reports in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
+ Handles HR questions and concerns and escalate issues that require senior management attention.
+ Assist management with the implementation and tracking of organizational training, development, and talent management efforts.
+ Program Implementation - Supports company-wide HR programs and initiatives such as salary review, workforce planning, succession planning, benefits enrollment, and talent management programs. May assist management in the development of solutions through organizational development, and cultural, and process-oriented perspectives.
+ Recruiting and Onboarding - Enhances the onboarding experience for new hires by facilitating orientation and training programs. Assist with intern recruiting initiatives, the related careers fairs, and university partnerships.
**What You Bring:**

+ 4+ years human resources administration experience
+ Functional understanding of HR principles, practices
+ A basic understanding of employment laws, and policies
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HR information systems
