The Academic Writer/Editor I manages the organization and execution of content, timelines, and resources for faculty promotions in Medical Oncology. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Liaison and Coordination: The Academic Writer/Editor acts as the primary point of contact between faculty members and the Department of Medicine, ensuring that CVs, annotated bibliographies, and candidate summaries meet the requirements for faculty promotions. + Content Creation and Verification: This role involves writing, formatting, and editing faculty CVs and promotion documents according to specific style guidelines. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:**
1. Practices in accordance with all federal and state regulations, DFCI policies and Joint Commission standards.
2. Responsible for designated daily operations and/or clinical activities of assigned area.

**The APP in the Department of Radiation Oncology collaborates closely with members of the team including radiation oncologists, nursing staff, radiation therapists, and administrative personnel to support the comprehensive care of patients undergoing radiation therapy. The APP practices with a high degree of clinical autonomy. NP Qualifications:

Manages master scheduling files including Master Template Grids, Provider Effort files, Infusion Grid working alongside the Scheduling manager. Collaborates with business intelligence to build effective reports.
  • Manages physician clinical schedules and response collection, and coordinates with clinical research teams. Reviews all new provider requests and works with Floor and Disease Leadership to identify where there is space/time for providers to practice.
