The Sr. Director, Strategic Pricing and Deal Architecture, is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that drive significant business impact, collaborating with key stakeholders such as Product Managers and Directors to optimize business performance. In this role, you will lead initiatives focused on enhancing pricing models and shared service operations to support overall business growth. This role offers opportunities for leadership development, involvement in global projects, and continuous learning in pricing optimization and strategic management.
This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations and is part of the Sales and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
+ Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Product Managers and Directors, to optimize pricing models and shared services processes.
+ Lead pricing analysis and market trend evaluations to inform strategic decision-making.
+ Oversee the implementation of pricing tools and systems, ensuring effective integration with business operations.
+ Manage a team responsible for delivering data-driven insights and reports to support pricing strategies and business performance.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives in deal architecture, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to influence product development and positioning through strategic pricing recommendations.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Extensive experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and business performance.
+ Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including direct reports, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
+ Strong proficiency in pricing tools and data analysis platforms, such as Power BI, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
+ Expertise in shared services operations, including process optimization and efficiency improvements.
+ Experience working with senior stakeholders, including Directors and Product Managers, to influence business decisions and align strategic goals.
+ A deep understanding of market trends and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies and business planning.

The Product Sales Executive (Hematology/Urinalysis) is responsible for driving growth, expanding market share, and supporting Beckman Coulter Diagnostics' position within the Heme/UA portfolio. This role requires a foundational understanding of laboratory workflows, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, along with the ability to execute sales strategies across a variety of clinical settings. You will partner with internal teams to support customer engagements, position Heme/UA solutions, and contribute to territory growth by identifying opportunities and delivering value across emergency, inpatient, and outreach environments.
This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager. Candidates must reside in territory, covering t he Michigan & Indiana area.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Analyze laboratory workflows across emergency, inpatient, and outreach settings to identify opportunities and support development of targeted sales strategies
+ Leverage market and competitive insights to support account planning and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
+ Engage customers by aligning Beckman Coulter solutions to their operational and clinical needs, delivering clear and effective product presentations
+ Build foundational knowledge of Heme/UA technologies and utilize sales tools (e.g., SFDC, PowerBI) to support territory planning and performance tracking
+ Partner cross-functionally to execute territory plans, support pipeline management, and contribute to achieving revenue goals
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of sales experience, or master's degree with 0-2 years of experience

+ Ability to assess customer needs and support positioning of solutions aligned to operational and clinical priorities
