Job Overview
The Master Data Associate role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of critical business data across systems, processes, and platforms. This role reports to the Head of Master Data.
Responsibilities- Data cleansing and creation
- Entry, maintenance, and quality control of master data across various systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Accurately maintain data related to Eataly’s inventory to ensure the integrity of inventory valuation across departments and locations.
- Support the Master Data Team in creation and maintenance of Master Data records in the WMS, POS, and ERP systems.
- Work closely with various business units locally and globally to gather data requirements and address data-related issues.
- Identify defects and issues in various systems.
- Ensure that critical data is readily available for analysis, reporting, and operational activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience in data-related activities
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently and with precision, especially with numbers and data entry activities
- Ability to effectively communicate to ensure accurate inventory reporting
- Experience in the Retail and Food/Beverage industries is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders
$24.00 - $26.00 hourly

Job DescriptionThe Director of Store Operations oversees all aspects of the complex operations of an Eataly. Together with senior leadership, the Director plans and executes strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and cultivate a positive experience for guests and team members in accordance with Eataly’s mission.
Reports directly to the VP of Operations and directly manages the store’s leadership team in Restaurants, Retail, Quick Service, Culinary, Facilities, and collaborates with Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources to achieve overall organizational goals.
- Collaborates with corporate and global senior leadership to understand company strategy and develops and implements strategic plans for store operations aligned with the overall business objectives
- Directs the store strategy and oversees day‑to‑day operations ensuring that Eataly standards are consistently met in terms of guest service, financial objectives, efficient process, health and safety
- Leads management of labor, costs, inventory, regulatory compliance, pricing, and merchandising
- Develops and manages the store operations budget and implements cost control measures while maintaining high quality standards
- Establishes and monitors KPIs to measure and improve store performance
- Analyzes sales data, guest feedback, and other relevant metrics to make informed decisions
- Promotes interdepartmental collaboration, staying in constant communication with store leaders regarding store performance and strategic initiatives
- Serves as the final decision‑making point of contact in addressing problems related to the store
- Motivates, inspires, and develops team through setting clear expectations and leading by example
- Partners with HR to be actively involved in hiring, performance reviews, and terminations
- Represents the store to the community and guests
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree

- Passion for Italian food and hospitality

Job Description
Eataly’s bustling marketplaces feature a comprehensive retail offering including: imported and local grocery products; bread, pasta and mozzarella produced daily on premises; an extensive selection of fresh meat, fish and cheese; wine; and housewares.
The General Manager (GM) of Retail oversees the complex retail operations of an Eataly store. The GM of Retail is an operational leader who not only sets strategy and analyzes financials but also leads through example and stays close to the products and team through consistent presence on the floor.
Reports to the Director of Store Operations. Manages the Fresh Market Manager and Dry Market Manager.
Responsibilities- Directs and organizes the store’s retail operations to maximize profitability
- Develops departmental goals and leads a team of managers
- Works closely with each manager to understand operational needs and boost interdepartmental collaboration
- Analyzes financial data and develops strategies around pricing, merchandising and promotions
- Manages merchandise and creates product lists, identifying roll-outs and phase-outs of products
- Prepares weekly updates on the retail department for senior leadership
- Assists with employee hiring, assignment, training, payroll, scheduling, evaluations and terminations
- Documents, investigates and resolves employee and guest incidents
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6+ years of retail or grocery management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional leadership, motivational and team-building skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, analytical and business management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
