My client, a leading provider of comprehensive behavioral health services, is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee all nursing operations at one of their facilities in the Canton, OH area. This organization is dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate, evidence-based care and offers a full continuum of services, including inpatient, outpatient, and specialized programs for mental health and substance use treatment.
In this role, the Director of Nursing will:
- Supervise the nursing management team and ensure appropriate staffing for inpatient programs.
- Oversee evaluation processes for nursing staff and delegate responsibilities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and staff.
- Monitor patient satisfaction data and report findings to performance improvement committees.

- Act as a role model for excellent patient care and customer service.
- BSN or MSN in Nursing; must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio.

- Strong knowledge of psychiatric nursing, medication management, and therapeutic environments.

My client is seeking an experienced North American Supply Chain Director/Manager to lead and optimize supply chain performance across the U.S. and Mexico. This role focuses on driving On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, proactive inventory management, cost efficiency, and customer service excellence. The successful candidate will directly manage the Planning and Scheduling functions, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics, and serve as the key supply chain liaison for strategic customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Drive OTIF metrics by identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and aligning with Sales and Customer Service teams.
- Develop and execute inventory strategies that balance customer service levels, cash flow, and turnover.
- Leverage ERP and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) for visibility, forecasting, and planning accuracy.
- Serve as the customer-facing supply chain representative, building collaborative partnerships and ensuring operational alignment.
- Monitor and analyze cost metrics in purchasing and logistics; implement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop U.S. and Mexico-based supply chain teams, setting clear priorities and performance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or similar industries.
- Strong analytical skills and ERP/analytics expertise (Power BI preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

My client, a well-established California-based law firm, is seeking an Employment Law Partner with a focus on school district defense. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned employment litigator to join a collaborative, growth-minded practice that places strong emphasis on work-life balance and professional development.
The successful candidate will represent school districts and educational institutions in complex employment litigation and advisory matters, while contributing to the continued strategic expansion of the firm.
Key Responsibilities- Represent school districts and public entities in defense of employment disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
- Manage all phases of litigation: discovery, motion practice, agency complaints, hearings, and trial (1st or 2nd chair).
- Provide strategic legal counsel to school boards, HR leaders, and administrators on compliance with Title IX, ADA, FMLA, and collective bargaining issues.
- Draft and review employment policies, contracts, and procedures to ensure compliance with employment and education law.
- Deliver training and workshops on employment law topics including discrimination prevention, tenure practices, and union negotiations.
- JD degree and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum of 8 years of employment law experience, with at least 80% of practice dedicated to employment litigation within the past 5 years.
- Proven experience representing school districts or public entities in defense litigation.
- Civil trial experience (1st or 2nd chair) strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to advise at the executive/board level.
