Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead and evolve Marketing Operations in a scaled, multi‑team organization. This role is both strategic and hands‑on—you’ll set the vision for how marketing operates at scale while staying closely involved in execution, systems, and analytics.
You’ll be a key partner to Marketing, Sales, Product, and RevOps leadership, responsible for ensuring our marketing engine is efficient, aligned, measurable, and continuously improving as the business grows.
What you’ll do Marketing Operations Strategy & Ownership- Own the end‑to‑end Marketing Operations strategy for a scaled organization, balancing flexibility with governance
- Act as the primary Marketing Ops partner to senior marketing leadership
- Own and actively manage the marketing technology stack (e.g., Dreamdata, Marketo, and related tools). Responsibilities include Marketo configuration and optimization such as multi‑market MQL rule automation, data flow and synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce, automated email trigger and nurture setup, event lead imports, and lead routing and tracking
- Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot systems to support campaigns, launches, and lifecycle programs including email, landing pages, and lead flows
- Ensure data quality, integrations, and system performance across tools through thorough QA of all implementations
- Lead vendor selection, renewals, and day‑to‑day tool optimization
- Establish and maintain scalable workflows, templates, and operating rhythms
- Identify gaps in the marketing technology stack and recommend tools to improve efficiency, capability, and scale
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design solutions that scale globally and work across functions
- Partner closely with the CRM and RevOps teams to manage approvals, releases, and cross‑tool dependencies
- Drive automation and standardization while maintaining flexibility where needed to support growth
- Enable segmentation, regional execution, and localization from an operational and systems perspective
- Design, build, and continuously optimize workflows, processes, and automation supporting marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs
- Define and own marketing and funnel metrics across the full customer journey
- Build and maintain executive‑ready dashboards and recurring performance reporting
- Deliver insights that inform investment decisions, strategy, optimization, and campaign performance
- Partner closely with RevOps and Finance on attribution, pipeline, and ROI measurement
- Cross‑Functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to Growth Marketing, Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance, Product, and Regional Marketing teams
- Align on data definitions, KPIs, SLAs, and handoffs across GTM teams
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations
- Must be Marketo Certified
- Proven experience operating in a scaled B2B organization (SaaS or complex GTM preferred)
- Deep, hands‑on expertise with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Comfortable driving change, structure, and clarity in complex environments
- Marketing operates with clarity, consistency, and speed at scale
- Leadership has clear visibility into performance, impact, and ROI
- Teams are enabled by systems and processes—not slowed down by them
- Marketing Ops is viewed as a strategic partner, not just a support function
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $150,000 - $180,000
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary you may be eligible for a corporate bonus which can range up to 30% .
LocationThis role is hybrid on‑site in San Francisco, California. Our headquarters are based in beautiful San Francisco and our office is centrally located right off of Embarcadero Bart station.

We areseekinga highly skilled and experienced Director, Information Security to join our team at Fieldwire, a leading provider of Construction Software (SW) solutions. The Director, Information Security for Fieldwire is a Line of Defense 1 role and will be responsible for defining, owning and implementing our product security program, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong delivery and communication skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of product security protocols, technologies, and standards.
What you’ll be doingThe primary responsibilities for our next Director of Information Security will be to:
- Act as Product Business Information security officer for Fieldwire
- Develop, own and implement Fieldwire product security improvement plan.
- Identify and assess product security risks and threats.
- Collaborate with Fieldwire management to integrate security measures into the SW product and business processes.
- Report to management on security incidents and measures.
- Support the Head of Construction SW Security & GRC in all aspects of cyber security.
- Work closely with other Information Security Officers within Hilti, the Group CISO.
- Analyze regulatory and legal developments (e.g., NIST, CRA, NIS2, EU AI data act), translate these into actionable requirements, and oversee their implementation.
- Independently manage business projects related to information and product security, from requirements to implementation.
- Take responsibility for specific security topics such as Cloud & AI Security or technical risk analysis within Fieldwire.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the security architecture, the ICT & cyber risk management for Fieldwire.
- Own and maintain Fieldwire SOC2 certification and support Group ISO27001 certification.
- Coordinate internal and external audits in the field of information and product security and support the implementation of the resulting measures.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Several years of experience in a security officer role in SW/IT security.
- Multiple years of experience in product/SW security.
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, technologies, and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST).
- Experience in developing and implementing security programs.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Proficiency in security frameworks, risk management, incident response, and security architecture.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to assess risks.
