Basic Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year or more in a goal driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
+ Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree and previous management experience.
+ Ability to understand, drive, and lead branch sales, service, operations and financial performance within the branch and digital channels.
+ Demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching and colleague development and presentation skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Summary:
The Residential Review Appraiser - CRETS is responsible for the review of residential and non-complex commercial appraisals for conventional transactions in the Commercial Real Estate Technical Services (CRETS) Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Complete a thorough desk review of appraisals to determine compliance with company and investor guidelines. Ability to successfully complete collateral reviews of semi-complex residential and non-complex commercial properties including unique homes, lakefront properties, large acreage tracts, owner-occupied retail/industrial/office, small multi-family apartments, etc.
+ Effectively analyze, interpret, evaluate, and explain assignment results of an appraisal or valuation.
+ Determine if the appraisal adequately addresses a wide variety of issues that affect property values, such as size, location, market conditions, and physical property condition. External research through, public records, and/or MLS data may be required to verify and support data and opinions within the appraisal and appraisal review.
+ Ensure consistency with Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice, bank policies, and generally accepted appraisal standards.
+ Ability to explain policy/procedures to both internal and external customers including appraisers, auditors, sales staff, and operations personnel.
+ Ability to work in a high-volume environment with minimal supervision, while maintaining production service levels.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ 5+ years as a licensed or trainee appraiser

SummaryThe Director – Note Finance PM is a senior portfolio management role. The Director is responsible for the management of a portfolio of commercial loans within the Note Finance group. Primary responsibilities include underwriting quality, portfolio monitoring, and portfolio administration for an assigned portfolio. The Director will frequently collaborate with internal partners including Relationship Management, Credit Administration, Capital Markets, Treasury Management, and other product partners in optimizing customer relationships. A Director level colleague is generally viewed as a subject matter expert in the industry they cover.
Duties and Responsibilities- Underwrite complex commercial loans in accordance with Huntington credit policies.
- Monitor a portfolio of commercial loans, proactively identifying emerging risks and esc
- Portfolio administration, including management of delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing base and covenant compliance, product renewals, etc., as applicable.
- As applicable, attend client calls (virtual or in-person) with Relationship Management and other Bank partners. Establish positioning as secondary bank contact for the portfolio of covered clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market/industry trends. Conduct industry and market research using numerous resources available.
- Assist with training and/or mentoring Analyst, Associate and Associate Director level colleagues.
- Provide accurate and timely front-end guidance to Relationship Management colleagues, drawing upon knowledge of Huntington credit policies and credit culture.
- Review and negotiate credit documentation in consultation with legal counsel.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of experience in an underwriting or commercial banking environment
- Formal credit training
- Experience in the syndicated loan market
- Proficiency in S&P Capital IQ
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Microsoft Excel)
