About the Role

iCapital is looking for an Analyst to join the Structured Investments Distribution team to focus on operations and assist the Trading department. This role will support the Trading department within the Structured Investments Distribution team with order entry, security set up, resolving trade breaks, and month-end closeouts. This role will work closely with cross-functional team members, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Work with trading partners to resolve trade breaks and DKs.
  • Send offering documents to RBC to have securities set up internally.
  • Assist with opening new accounts at RBC and in Bloomberg.
  • Enter orders into iCapital Exchange.
  • Assist with month-end calendar closeouts.
  • Confirm orders with RIAs, broker dealers, and issuers to ensure order accuracy.
  • Run trades in Bloomberg using TOMs.
  • Monitor TRACE reports and work with trading partners to correct any trades that are unmatched.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or economics
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or must obtain licenses within 4 months of hire date
  • Operational or trading experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and solid attention to detail
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
