We’re partnering with a growing global wellness company in search of a Director of eCommerce and Amazon Growth to lead and scale their digital commerce business - with Amazon. If you speak in ASINs, BSRs, and understand the A9 algorithm, you’re exactly who we need.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll own strategy and execution across Amazon while influencing the broader eCommerce ecosystem, including Shopify and additional marketplace channels. What you’ll do
  • Lead and evolve the Amazon growth strategy as the company’s primary revenue channel
  • Optimize content, merchandising, advertising, and promotional performance
  • Drive improvements in conversion, discoverability, ratings, and overall marketplace performance
  • Oversee listings, compliance, account health, and operational execution
  • Guide agencies and cross‑functional partners across content, media, analytics, and operations
  • Own forecasting, reporting, and performance insights tied to revenue and margin
  • Support and scale additional channels including Shopify and other marketplace platforms
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities for growth and efficiency
What they’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital commerce, with strong Amazon ownership
  • 4+ years leading strategy, teams, or cross‑functional initiatives
  • Proven success in managing and scaling Amazon businesses
  • Experience leading Amazon‑focused teams, agencies, or external partners
  • Deep understanding of Amazon marketplace dynamics, advertising, and digital merchandising
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, KPIs, and performance optimization
  • Experience with Shopify, iHerb, or similar platforms
  • Background in CPG, supplements, health, beauty, or regulated consumer products preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
