Software Engineering/Development: Software Developer in Test

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Software Developer in Test to ensure the quality of our systems by designing and maintaining automated tests. They will work with multiple system applications and design and execute automation to ensure product quality while collaborating with other team members. The right candidate is one who performs productively in a fast-paced work environment, works efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously, and has a proven track record of designing and building automation.

Job Description:

  • Create test strategies for functional, regression, integration and system testing
  • Design and implement strategies and robust automated testing frameworks for complex systems
  • Write clean, maintainable automation test code using languages such as C#, Python, or Java
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Work alongside development on the systems design and system testing strategies
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on the strategies and status
  • Maintain strong project management skills ensuring all steps of designated projects are completed
  • Collaborate with leadership on release readiness and risk assessment

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, or technology
  • 5+ years of industry experience in system testing of Windows, Mac, mobile and web applications
  • Strong programming skills in C#, Python or Java
  • Demonstrated experience with automation tools Selenium, Ranorex, Squish, Appium
  • Experience with analyzing test results, reviewing logs and driving resolutions
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and API testing tools
  • Proficient using Git and version control systems
  • Complete back-end testing using APIs and SQL queries

Desired Requirements:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such Jenkins and testing peripheral devices, graphics/imaging software
  • Performance testing tools such as JMeter
  • Familiarity with Docker Containerization

We are seeking a CI/CD DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines that support modern software development practices. This role is critical in ensuring fast, reliable, and secure delivery of applications across environments. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in DevOps principles, automation, cloud infrastructure, and modern CI/CD tooling who possess strong problem‑solving capabilities.

Job Description:

  • Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and services
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve speed and reliability
  • Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and monitoring into pipelines
  • Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for deployment on local infrastructure
  • Ensure scalability, resilience, and security of environments
  • Partner with developers, QA engineers, and system administrators to streamline delivery workflows
  • Provide guidance and support for troubleshooting pipeline issues and deployment failures.
  • Champion DevOps best practices across teams as well as track performance metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
  • Implement observability solutions for build and deployment pipelines
  • Stay current with emerging DevOps tools and practices to drive innovation

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, equivalent education and/or experience
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, build/release engineering, or software automation
  • Demonstrated experience with CI/CD tools for instance Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, Groovy, etc.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Experience with local platforms (Apache, PHP, MSSQL)
