This Director role is part of our broader institutional sales effort and will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining existing business and serving as the primary liaison for institutional clients and prospects. This individual will manage a sales territory of institutional entities focusing on providing investment solutions across pension, retirement, and not-for-profit asset pools. Territory coverage for this role is central US (IA, NE, IL, ND, SD, KY, OH, MI, WI, KS, MO, MN) and mostly consists of mid‑large plans / asset pools between $3 – 10 billion.
Responsibilities Of The Role- Lead business development and client servicing efforts for institutional clients within your coverage territory in collaboration with the territory’s Managing Director, institutional colleagues on Consultant Relations, Defined Contribution, and Global Liquidity sales teams as well as other Invesco business units
- Proactively build our understanding of each asset owner’s organizational structure, decision‑making authority, and investment priorities
- Execute on sales plans for accounts in your territory by continuously evaluating client needs, designing an organized and efficient approach to relationship management, and providing value‑added services

The Head of Accounting & Treasury for Private Credit will serve as the senior financial leader for the business, with responsibility for strategy, governance, and capital efficiency. This position emphasizes high-level financial strategy and decision-making, while day-to-day operations are managed by a strong, dedicated controller team. The role ensures alignment between investment objectives and accounting treatment, including implications for financial reporting, tax, and investor communications. - Oversee relationships with third-party fund administrators in conjunction with operations team, ensuring service quality, timeliness, and compliance.

- Oversee treasury management activities performed internally and externally.
