Complex components include nickel base, titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steels, with parts ranging in size from 2 OD to 120 OD.

  Shift Information & Training

This position supports multiple shifts depending on business needs. The selected individual will train on the 1st shift for approximately 3 months, or until they can safely demonstrate the ability to perform the job with minimal intervention. Shift premiums will apply upon transitioning to permanent hire.

 
  • 1st Shift: 4:15 AM - 12:45 PM (Monday - Friday)

  • 2nd Shift: 12:15 PM - 8:45 PM (Monday - Friday)

  • 3rd Shift: 8:15 PM - 4:45 AM (Sunday - Thursday)

  • Note: Split shifts may also be utilized based on operational needs.

Position Summary

The Level 3 Machinist operates multiple 2-5 axis CNC lathe machines simultaneously. This role requires comprehensive machine setup, including preparing and setting up fixtures and cutting tools, loading and adjusting CNC programs and offsets, performing inspections, and executing basic preventative machine maintenance (such as coolant/lube levels and area cleanliness).

Key Competencies & Responsibilities
  • Utilize advanced quality inspection tools and techniques.

  • Demonstrate intermediate-to-advanced blueprint reading.

  • Apply experience working with common CNC G and M codes.

  • Maintain a foundational understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

Experience & Education Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Experience: 5+ years of dedicated machinist experience is required.

  • Preferred: Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing, automotive, or heavy mechanics.

Interview Process Note
  • On-Site Practical Assessment: Candidates selected for an interview will be required to complete an on-site hands-on machine test to demonstrate their technical setup and machining experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair both mechanical and electrical systems across our manufacturing facility. This position bridges traditional millwright duties with industrial electrical maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. You will perform advanced troubleshooting on motors, VFDs, motor control centers, and sensors while executing mechanical repairs.

  • Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair systems up to 480V, 24V electrical circuits, 4-20 mA circuits, sensors, AC/DC motors, starters, MCCs, and VFDs using voltmeters, meggers, and clamp meters.

  • Mechanical Maintenance: Inspect, rebuild, and maintain heavy machinery including conveyors (drag, screw, bucket elevators), pellet mills, hammermills, gearboxes, pumps, fans, blowers, and bearings.

  • Fluid Power & Alignment: Troubleshoot hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders, valves, and compressors. Install and replace power transmission components using laser alignment tools.

  • Automation Support: Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints to diagnose automated equipment, proximity switches, photo eyes, and industrial instrumentation.

  • Systems & Safety: Complete work orders accurately within the CMMS. Strictly follow all LOTO, confined space, and safety procedures, prioritizing safety and quality over quantity.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required) .
  • Minimum of five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing/processing, handling both mechanical and electrical systems.

  • Proficiency with multimeters, meggers, hand/power tools, rigging, forklifts, and aerial lifts.

  • Ability to interpret complex blueprints and electrical schematics.

  • Ability to work in heavy industrial environments (dust, noise, heat, weather).

  • Ability to climb, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in elevated or confined spaces.

  • Availability to respond to emergency call-outs.
