Position Warehouse Administrator – Project Logistic Services Location Irving, TX Responsibilities Review Packing slips for receiving purposes. Answer phone & emails for department and resolve issues with the Project Managers. Print labels accordingly & distribute to the appropriate team members for put‑away. Efficiently & effectively resolve any issues that may arise. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to communicate effectively Good writing, analytical problem‑solving skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience Note The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
