**What you'll do**

+ Material handling includes requesting, weighing and addition of chemicals, and suspending solid paste.
+ Assisting with unloading/loading and palletizing product. Operate a (type) forklift or hand truck, upon training and certification.
+ Transport product from/to production/warehouse/cold storage.
+ Correct and safe operation of equipment, chemicals, and products.
+ Ensure the production area is in the highest state of readiness.
+ Participate in continuous improvement teams and implement continuous improvement tools.
+ Follow safety/EHS requirements, SOPs, cGMP, work rules and other company policies.
+ Perform removal of hazardous waste.
+ Perform production area and associated equipment recovery activities such as cleaning rooms, tanks, skids, miscellaneous equipment, etc.
+ Ensure all production materials and PPE are present as required.
+ Responsible for ensuring that the work area is maintained in a clean and orderly manner in accordance with cGMP and internal requirements.

The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and internal controls. This position supports monthly close activities, audit readiness, tax provisioning, and group consolidation reporting. The ideal candidate brings deep technical accounting expertise, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
General Ledger & Financial Close
- Maintain the general ledger and perform monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts.
- Conduct detailed reviews of GL accounts, investigate variances, and propose adjustments as needed.
- Ensure all journal entries are accurately prepared, documented, and posted in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and prepare monthly IFRS-compliant P&L and Balance Sheet reports for group consolidation using SAP S/4HANA.
Month-End and Year-End Activities
- Liaise with internal teams (HR, FP&A, Operations) to gather supporting documentation for journal entries and ensure accurate accruals and prepayments.
- Monitor unapproved invoice reports and collaborate with business units to minimize outstanding items by month/quarter/year-end.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of year-end audit materials and tax provisioning support documentation for external auditors and consultants.
Cash and Treasury Operations
- Perform daily cash postings and reconciliations; ensure accurate allocation of transactions to vendor/customer accounts.
- Work closely with the Senior Treasury Manager to reconcile transitory accounts and maintain accurate AR ledgers.
- Partner with 3PL providers for AR reconciliation and review detailed aging reports to assess and provision for doubtful debts.
Fixed Assets & Intercompany Transactions
- Maintain the fixed asset register: create, capitalize, retire, and dispose of assets in accordance with policy.
- Ensure assets are accurately classified with correct useful life and depreciation methods.
- Conduct monthly intercompany reconciliations and issue re-billings or adjustments as necessary.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Support implementation of auditor-recommended process enhancements and ensure continued adherence.
- Document key processes and monitor the operating effectiveness of internal financial controls.
- Assist in resolving group finance queries and implementing technical accounting treatments as needed.
Cross-Functional Support & Reporting
- Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Work with Accounts Payable to review GR/IR aging and support regular account clean-up and analysis.
- Communicate and manage updates to the chart of accounts and cost center structures through the central ERP team.
- Mentor and guide junior team members by sharing knowledge and promoting professional development.

Qualifications
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment

Job Summary
The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and internal controls. This position supports monthly close activities, audit readiness, tax provisioning, and group consolidation reporting. The ideal candidate brings deep technical accounting expertise, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
General Ledger & Financial Close
- Maintain the general ledger and perform monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts.
- Conduct detailed reviews of GL accounts, investigate variances, and propose adjustments as needed.
- Ensure all journal entries are accurately prepared, documented, and posted in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and prepare monthly IFRS-compliant P&L and Balance Sheet reports for group consolidation using SAP S/4HANA.
Month-End and Year-End Activities
- Liaise with internal teams (HR, FP&A, Operations) to gather supporting documentation for journal entries and ensure accurate accruals and prepayments.
- Monitor unapproved invoice reports and collaborate with business units to minimize outstanding items by month/quarter/year-end.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of year-end audit materials and tax provisioning support documentation for external auditors and consultants.
Cash and Treasury Operations
- Perform daily cash postings and reconciliations; ensure accurate allocation of transactions to vendor/customer accounts.
- Work closely with the Senior Treasury Manager to reconcile transitory accounts and maintain accurate AR ledgers.
- Partner with 3PL providers for AR reconciliation and review detailed aging reports to assess and provision for doubtful debts.
Fixed Assets & Intercompany Transactions
- Maintain the fixed asset register: create, capitalize, retire, and dispose of assets in accordance with policy.
- Ensure assets are accurately classified with correct useful life and depreciation methods.
- Conduct monthly intercompany reconciliations and issue re-billings or adjustments as necessary.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Support implementation of auditor-recommended process enhancements and ensure continued adherence.
- Document key processes and monitor the operating effectiveness of internal financial controls.
- Assist in resolving group finance queries and implementing technical accounting treatments as needed.
Cross-Functional Support & Reporting
- Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Work with Accounts Payable to review GR/IR aging and support regular account clean-up and analysis.
- Communicate and manage updates to the chart of accounts and cost center structures through the central ERP team.
- Mentor and guide junior team members by sharing knowledge and promoting professional development.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment within the finance team.
Qualifications
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment
- Demonstrated experience with monthly close processes, financial reporting, and audit support
- Knowledge & awareness of IFRS and exposure to technical accounting matters
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA
- Comfortable working with large data sets and financial reporting templates

The Communication & Public Affairs Director for North America & LATAM leads the development and execution of an integrated communications and public affairs strategy across the United States, Canada (including Laval), Latin America, and the legacy Prometic business. - Oversee external communications across the US, Canada (Laval), Latin America, and legacy Prometic activities
- Elevate Kedrion’s profile through proactive storytelling and thought leadership
- Lead and coordinate public affairs initiatives across the Americas, with emphasis on the US
- Support and contribute to initiatives led by PPTA, Kedrion’s key US industry trade association
- Engage with policymakers, institutional stakeholders, and industry partners
- Oversee media relations, including issues and crisis communications
- Lead development of press releases, position pieces, op‑eds, and executive communications
- Coordinate external events and industry forum participation
- Serve as a senior communications partner to Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Advocacy teams
- Support product launches and sensitive business initiatives
- Advise senior leadership on reputational risks
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate communication standards
- Manage agencies and external partners
- Provide people leadership where applicable
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 12–15+ years in senior communications roles within multinational organizations
- Experience managing regional or multi‑country communications
- Strong US public affairs and advocacy experience
- Familiarity with industry associations; PPTA experience a strong plus
- Knowledge of the US pharmaceutical or biopharma landscape
- Plasma‑derived therapies experience preferred
- Experience supporting legacy brands or acquisitions a plus
- Fluent English; Spanish and/or French a plus
