Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare, validate and analyze financial reports related to client payments received and processed.

Print and reconcile client refunds and voucher checks.

Perform analysis of multiple accounts and financial records.

Complete quality assurance analysis on program calculations.

Follow all internal protocols to maintain confidentiality and financial security of all program and client payment data.

Assist in creating, updating, and implementing new processes to enhance balancing procedures.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of client remittance processing and procedures.

Conduct research and analysis on client invoicing, exceptions, refunds, and other special projects as assigned.

Create, update, monitor, and close tickets as necessary.

Work closely with department leadership and systems teams to resolve system errors or discrepancies.

Complete intensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required for new processes or process fixes.

Work with Business Analysts to assist with enhancements, fixes, and bugs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Analyze all new program requests, as well as changes to existing program operations, including but not limited to cross-project dependencies for all proposed changes.

- Work with senior leadership to assess current and future impact of all project and program changes within the Change Management Portfolio.

- Serve as subject matter expert for the Change Management team and provide guidance to Program Analysts.

- Communicate status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and/or the client, as appropriate.

- Lead meetings with internal project staff, client staff and/or project vendors.

- Act as the implementation lead for new project initiatives that impact the Change Management Portfolio.

- Act as a liaison with clients to effectuate the change management process.

- Conduct research and analyze legislative, regulatory, and policy changes impacting programs and operations

- Synthesize findings and develop memos, briefs, and analytical reports to communicate policy and operational impacts

- Support the development of organizational responses to existing and proposed policy changes

Minimum Requirements
