As Division Service Manager, you will be responsible for motivating a team of 7-8 service members to exceed expectations and achieve their goals consistently. Division Service Managers enhance individual contributor performance through weekly coaching and managing performance.
Job Duties:- Customer Base Expansion – Coaches team to drive increased share of wallet with cross-selling and upselling sales plays while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coaching & Development – Enhances individual contributor performance through ad-hoc assistance and weekly 1:1 coaching sessions.
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Attracts, evaluates, hires, develops, and retains top talent through consistent recruiting, hiring, ongoing coaching, and enablement practices developed in collaboration with revenue operations and enablement teams
- Churn risk mitigation – Proactively identifies and manages underperforming territories; upskilling struggling service managers as necessary and reducing the likelihood of customer churn
- Cross-functional alignment – Collaborates with sales, service, operations, and enablement leaders to ensure alignment on strategies and tactics for teams to execute against. Maintains close sales alignment to facilitate smooth customer handoffs
This position services Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio.
Required Qualifications:- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in service management role.
- Previous experience in chemical manufacturing or related industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team and reinforce strategic objectives, cultivate a high-performance culture, and provide effective coaching to drive results
- Expertise in customer relationship management, and the mitigation of churn risk throughout the customer lifecycle
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

The Director of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth and leading the execution of the company’s sales strategy through effective leadership, team development, and market expansion. Responsibilities- Develop and execute the company’s overall sales strategy to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales managers, regional leaders, and direct sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Oversee the development and management of the sales management team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct regular field visits, ride‑alongs, and coaching sessions with sales teams to improve execution.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key areas for growth.
- Ensure CRM systems are effectively utilized for pipeline management, reporting, and sales accountability.

- 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including proven success managing and developing leaders of high‑performing direct sales teams
- Proven success growing revenue through field sales, territory management, and customer acquisition
- Strong understanding of direct sales methodologies, pipeline management, and sales analytics
- Excellent coaching, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
- Ability to travel regularly to support field teams and customers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive growth and profitability
- Proactive, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Travel will be required 75% of the time
- Lifting required up to 50 lbs.

Using your highly talented sales experience, you will follow Meyer’s proven sales process to prospect, uncover prospective customers’s high‑yield needs, develop a customized chemical program for them and acquire the business.
Responsibilities- Average 6‑8 scheduled sales calls per day
- Grow territory through acquiring new business
- Perform manual and physical tasks daily
- Administrative duties including building calendar, updating notes and entering sales orders through our CRM (Oracle Netsuite)
- Travel up to 250‑mile radius in territory weekly
- Potential for 2 overnights a month
This position covers North to the Canada border, South to Eugene Oregon, East into Idaho to the Montana border, and West to the coast.
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 3‑5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience hunting and prospecting new business opportunities at a chemical company or similar industrial type industry.
- Excellent leadership and strong ability of working with and indirectly managing sales support colleagues.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs as needed.
- Have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
