A globally recognized beauty marketing agency is searching for a Senior Advocacy & Partnerships Director to lead one of its fastest-growing influencer and advocacy divisions across North America. As Senior Advocacy & Partnerships Director, you will take ownership of the agency's influencer programs and partnerships offering, leading client strategy, commercial growth, and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of global beauty brands. You will act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, develop new business opportunities, strengthen relationships across the influencer and talent ecosystem, and inspire a talented team to deliver best-in-class campaigns.

The Role
  • Lead the strategic growth and commercial success of the advocacy and partnerships division, driving revenue growth, client retention, operational efficiency, and profitability across a portfolio of leading beauty and wellness brands
  • Serve as senior strategic counsel to clients by developing integrated influencer marketing, advocacy, and partnership strategies while identifying opportunities to expand services and deliver measurable commercial impact
  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with creators, talent agencies, brand marketers, industry partners, and key stakeholders while negotiating high-value partnerships and delivering outstanding client service
  • Mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing team by providing strategic direction, overseeing campaign quality, fostering innovation, and creating a collaborative, high-performance culture
The Ideal Candidate
  • Senior leadership experience within an influencer marketing, social media, integrated communications, PR, or creative agency environment
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale influencer marketing campaigns while growing client relationships, driving commercial performance, and managing high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of influencer partnerships, creator marketing, social platforms, integrated marketing communications, and the evolving digital landscape
  • Extensive network across talent agencies, creators, influencers, beauty brands, and the wider influencer marketing ecosystem throughout North America
