Senior Salesforce Consultant-Netsuite

West Virginia Ness Digital Engineering

Job Description

This is a deliberately rare blend: a functional consultant who is genuinely holistic across both Salesforce and NetSuite. You will join our practice and deploy on engagements where the hard problem lives at the seam between CRM and ERP — reconciling data across Salesforce, NetSuite and downstream systems, aligning lead-to-cash, and helping clients trust a single platform as their system of record. Order management and order optimisation sit squarely in your world, as does the integration layer that binds the two platforms together.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyse and remediate reconciliation between Salesforce and NetSuite, including customer and contractual data and the billing accuracy that depends on it.
  • Map and improve end-to-end processes that span both platforms and the integration layer (for example Celigo).
  • Contribute to order management and order-optimisation work, adapting where regional or business requirements differ.
  • Support clients toward a reconciled system of record and reliable reporting on bookings, channel performance and profitability.
  • Partner with architects and Salesforce consultants to keep the two-platform picture consistent.
What You’ll Bring
  • Functional experience across both Salesforce and NetSuite — comfortable being useful on either side of the integration.
  • A strong grasp of CRM-to-ERP data reconciliation and of the order-to-cash flow.
  • Experience with integration platforms connecting Salesforce and NetSuite (Celigo or similar).
  • US-based, able to work in the US time zone, and willing to travel to client sites as required.
Nice to Have
  • Relevant Salesforce and/or NetSuite certifications.
  • Experience reconciling CRM and ERP data in a subscription or contract-based business.
  • Enterprise B2B, manufacturing or industrial background.
