Role Description
The Engineering Program Manager is responsible for leading the safe, compliant, and cost-effective optimization of manufacturing facilities across multiple sites and workstreams. This role directs cross-functional teams to execute all aspects of facility optimization, including vendor procurement, asset recovery, environmental compliance, IT system, and legal and real estate coordination. The ideal candidate excels at managing complex, time-sensitive programs with significant financial, environmental, and operational implications, driving governance, risk mitigation, documentation control, and audit-ready execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end optimization programs across one or more facilities, overseeing all phases from initial planning through project closure.
- Develop and issue comprehensive Request for Quote (RFQ) packages for optimization services;
evaluate bids, select vendors, negotiate commercial terms, and manage contractor performance to ensure adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, IT, Real Estate and legal teams to coordinate and track completion of optimization-related tasks.
- Ensure full Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance, by partnering with EH&S to identify, handle, transport, and dispose of all hazardous materials, waste streams, and regulated equipment in accordance with all applicable regulations.
- Manage asset acquisition, disposition and value-recovery initiatives, including financial documentation.
- Develop and maintain program-level plans, budgets, forecasts, risk registers, and executive-ready status reporting across all workstreams.
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate program risks related to safety, compliance, environmental exposure, contractual obligations, schedule, and cost.
- Ensure all optimization activities meet regulatory, corporate, and contractual requirements, supported by audit-ready documentation and controlled change management.
Qualifications
- Strong background in manufacturing engineering with hands-on experience in production facilities, including deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, production equipment and plant operations.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-site optimization programs within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and commercial processes, including RFQ development, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
- Solid understanding of EH&S regulations, hazardous materials handling and waste stream management, environmental compliance requirements, and safe optimization practices.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Operations, EH&S, IT, Real Estate, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and external vendors.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to lead multiple concurrent workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive governance and decision making.
- Experience with asset acquisition, disposition and value-recovery initiatives, including financial documentation.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, negotiation, and issue-escalation abilities, with a demonstrated ability to influence cross functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with program and project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.), documentation systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret leases, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong risk management capabilities, including identification, mitigation, and escalation of safety, environmental, contractual, and financial risks.
- Experience developing audit-ready documentation and maintaining compliance with corporate, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Ability to manage change control processes across multiple workstreams.

Machinist available shift : 12/10/8
The Machinist supports the manufacturing group by completing thermoforming set-ups on schedule. Duties include installing and removing tooling, performing equipment repairs, following all company policies and safety procedures, and maintaining housekeeping standards. Additional tasks may be assigned.
Responsibilities:
Safety

Recommend component upgrades that increase productivity or reduce overtime.

Inspect equipment for problems and make adjustments as needed.

Complete all required paperwork correctly.

Maintain housekeeping in production areas and on equipment (sweeping, mopping, wiping down machines, removing waste) to keep the work area clean, safe, and contamination-free.

Work closely with tool room mechanics to ensure that adequate supplies are on-hand.

Identify different plant materials correctly.

Safely operate forklifts, hand-jacks, hydraulic cranes, and other powered equipment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Position requires an HS Diploma or GED, and 2-3 years related experience.

Ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally is required, as is the ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential .

**Overview**
The Production Scheduler role plans, coordinates, and monitors production activities to ensure accurate scheduling, efficient material usage, and on‑time delivery. It analyzes labor and material requirements, maintains and adjusts production schedules, compiles key production and inventory data, and works closely with Production, Procurement, Distribution, Customer Service, and Management to prevent delays and support continuous improvement. **Job Description**
The Human Resources Manager will serve as a business partner to a manufacturing facility and its respective leadership team. The incumbent will be responsible for executing short-and-medium term HR strategies and action plans that create solutions to problems and support facility objectives. + Maintain up to date inspection reports, files, quality programs and samples.
+ Organize and conduct quality committees for all employees.
+ Implement and maintain company Pest Control Program, GFSI / SQF Program and other programs to meet customer requirements.
+ Oversee the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of the SQF System, including food safety fundamentals outlined in the SQF Code, 7.2.
+ Take appropriate action to ensure the integrity of the SQF System.
+ Communicate to relevant personnel all information essential to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the SQF System.
+ Facilitate customer questions by establishing customer relationships and working with corporate customer service.
+ Collect, organize, analyze, and report process data to internal and external customers.
+ Facilitate and assist support departments with technical expertise for process improvements, and environmental compliance. (Ink making, paste making, and graphics)
+ Lead Continuous Improvement reporting, activities, and training within the plant.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans, both volume and profit, within an assigned sales territory.
- Secure and maintain distribution of products and maintain effective agreements.
- Communicate directly with customers, both current and prospective, on a one-to-one basis.
- Perform field promotion work and develop new accounts.
- Demonstrate products and assist customers in the best application of the product.
- Contact prospects and explain features and merits of products offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques.
- Analyze records of current and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred.
- Interpret accounts, trends, and records for management.
- Close the sales transaction.
- Service accounts and manage relationships regarding pricing, product warranty claims, receivables, etc.
- Must be able to travel frequently (40-50%) including some overnight travel as needed.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem‑solving, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills (written, presentation, and verbal).
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to function independently.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- BA/BS degree preferred in business, sales/marketing or related field.
- 2‑3 years of previous sales experience required.
- Relevant industry experience preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel, Litigation and Compliance to join our legal team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is ideal for a highly capable attorney with 7+ years of experience in commercial litigation, compliance, or a related legal setting who is excited to work at the intersection of dispute management, proactive risk mitigation, and compliance strategy.
This position will have a 50/50 focus on litigation and compliance .
Key Responsibilities Litigation Responsibilities (50%)- Manage a portfolio of commercial litigation, pre-litigation disputes, and claims from intake through resolution.
- Oversee and strategically manage outside counsel, including budgeting, staffing, case strategy, performance expectations, and billing review.
- Assess matters early and often, including liability, damages, business exposure, and practical settlement options.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise case updates for legal leadership and business stakeholders.
- Support the development of litigation strategy through all phases of a matter, including pleadings, fact development, discovery, mediation, dispositive motions, trial readiness, and settlement evaluation.
- Partner with the business to advise on the litigation implications of contractual provisions, risk allocation, dispute resolution clauses, indemnity language, and related commercial terms.
- Provide legal guidance on document preservation, legal holds, e‑discovery, information governance, and records management.
- Coordinate internal fact gathering and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support case strategy and defensible outcomes.
- Assist with mediation preparation, settlement negotiations, and post‑resolution follow‑up, including lessons learned and risk mitigation.
- Track developments across an active litigation docket and help ensure timely, accurate internal reporting.
- Draft, revise, and help manage internal compliance policies, procedures, and governance materials.
- Monitor and assess regulatory changes and emerging legal risks relevant to the company’s operations and industry.
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s antitrust compliance program and other core compliance initiatives.
- Conduct or support internal investigations, including fact development, witness interviews, documentation review, issue analysis, and remediation planning.
- Partner with HR, internal audit, procurement, sales, operations, and other stakeholders on compliance‑related matters.
- Help develop and deliver practical compliance guidance and training materials tailored to business audiences.
- Advise on escalation pathways, issue spotting, and response protocols for potential compliance concerns.
- Assist with compliance reporting, documentation, and follow‑up actions to support accountability and program effectiveness.
- Promote a proactive, solutions‑oriented compliance culture grounded in ethics, transparency, and operational practicality.
We are seeking a confident, collaborative, and business‑minded attorney who brings strong legal judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied and active workload with professionalism and precision.
Required Qualifications- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active state bar membership in good standing
- 7 or more years of experience in litigation, compliance, or a similar legal practice
- Significant experience in commercial litigation and/or compliance counseling
- Demonstrated ability to manage outside counsel, including case strategy, budgets, staffing, and performance
- Experience drafting case updates, legal analyses, and executive‑ready summaries for internal stakeholders
- Experience actively managing an active docket of litigation and pre‑litigation matters
- Experience supporting or participating in mediation and settlement discussions
- Strong understanding of litigation processes, including discovery, motion practice, fact development, and case evaluation
- Familiarity with e‑discovery processes, legal holds, and document preservation requirements
- Experience drafting, reviewing, or managing compliance policies, procedures, and internal guidance
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism
- Proficiency with legal research platforms and tools (such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, Practical Law, or similar)
- Comfort using or learning AI‑enabled legal tools for legal research, workflow support, document review, issue spotting, and productivity enhancement
- Experience with Microsoft Purview is desired but not required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to synthesize complex legal issues into practical, business‑oriented advice
- Training from a large, top‑tier law firm
- Judicial clerkship experience
- Prior in‑house experience supporting an industrial, manufacturing, or other operationally complex business
- Experience supporting antitrust, investigations, or enterprise compliance initiatives in a corporate environment
- Managing disputes proactively and efficiently, with strong business alignment
- Building trust with internal stakeholders by providing timely, practical, and thoughtful advice
- Strengthening the company’s compliance framework through clear policies, responsive investigations, and proactive issue management
- Bringing discipline and visibility to litigation oversight, outside counsel management, and internal reporting
- Helping the legal department operate as a modern, strategic, and solution‑oriented partner to the business
