As we expand our product and service offerings, we are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join our team to support the rapid growth of our HR compliance platform.
position summaryAs a Sr. Product Manager, you will own the roadmap and execution for our Labor Law Posters and Compliance Lifecycle Management products. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance experts to deliver intuitive solutions that reduce administrative burden and help clients stay ahead of rapidly evolving regulatory changes. This is a highly cross‑functional role that requires both strategic vision and hands‑on execution.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and client needs
- Write concise product requirements (i.e., epics, feature, stories, and) that capture the vision, goals, and detailed business requirements of new product features
- Gather and prioritize product requirements through customer interviews, market and competitive research, and internal feedback from key stakeholders
- Develop business cases for new feature development that balance compliance rigor, business scalability, and financial impact
- Translate complex compliance workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint demos, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement
- Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, accurate scoping, and timely delivery
- Collaborate with operations (i.e., subject matter experts), marketing, and legal teams to anticipate regulatory changes and proactively embed them into product definition/design
- Own the creation and maintenance of internal sales documents (i.e., walking deck, pitch deck, playbooks, etc.) and client deliverables (i.e., guides, one‑pagers)
- Act as subject matter liaison between clients, internal compliance experts, and product development teams to support client onboarding and product adoption
- Contribute to go‑to‑market planning, product positioning, demos, and sales enablement
- Define and monitor overall product performance through metrics, client feedback, and adoption rates; adjust feature prioritization as needed
- 8+ years of product management, client advisory, and/or technical implementation experience in SaaS, HR tech, or compliance‑related fields
- Strong track record of delivering B2B software products end‑to‑end
- Ability to translate complex legal/regulatory concepts into practical product requirements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile development practices and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to use data to drive decisions
- Self‑starter comfortable working remotely and across distributed teams
- Background in HR technology, workforce compliance, or employment law
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and financial modeling.

We’re seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our engineering team and help ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. As an SRE, you’ll blend software engineering with systems engineering to build and maintain resilient infrastructure, automate operations, and drive continuous improvement across our platform.
You’ll be instrumental in designing fault-tolerant systems, implementing proactive monitoring, and streamlining incident response. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments and enjoys solving complex challenges with code.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure across our environments
- Develop automation for deployment, monitoring, and incident response using infrastructure-as-code and scripting tools
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to define SLAs/SLOs and improve system performance
- Build observability into systems through metrics, logging, and tracing
- Lead root cause analysis and post-mortems for production incidents
- Optimize alerting workflows to reduce noise and improve signal quality
- Champion reliability best practices across engineering teams
- Contribute to capacity planning, disaster recovery, and performance tuning
- Maintain documentation and runbooks for operational processes and incident response
- Support evolving systems by performing manual operational tasks that enable critical features not yet automated or fully built
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual toil through automation, tooling, and process improvement
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate recurring manual workflows into scalable, reliable solutions
- Document interim procedures and ensure visibility into temporary workarounds while long-term fixes are in development
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and container orchestration (e.g., Docker)
- Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Azure Monitor)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Terraform)
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
- Experience with incident management and on-call rotations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for issue tracking, documentation, and cross-team collaboration
