Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and commissioning of commercial access control and security systems
- Program, configure, and support Lenel, Brivo, and Genetec access control platforms
- Install and troubleshoot door hardware, including mag locks, electric strikes, request-to-exit devices, door contacts, transfer hinges, and card readers
- Install, service, and troubleshoot CCTV systems
- Read and interpret access control, CCTV, and low voltage blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Coordinate with project managers and lead technicians to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and customer turnover
- Troubleshoot wiring issues, power failures, lock failures, relay issues, and communication problems between field devices and controllers
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Work safely on ladders and lifts while following all job site safety requirements
- Install and support low voltage systems at schools, hospitals, offices, warehouses, and other commercial facilities
- 5+ years of commercial access control installation experience
- Previous experience leading crews on commercial security projects
- Current certifications in Lenel, Brivo, and Genetec are required
- Experience working in schools, hospitals, and other commercial environments
- Strong working knowledge of telecom and data networks
- Experience programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting enterprise access control systems
- Comfortable using a multimeter to diagnose power, voltage, continuity, and device issues in the field
- Solid understanding of relays and how they function within access control and security systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify wiring issues, power failures, lock failures, relay issues, and communication problems between field devices and access control panels/controllers
- BICSI, Lift, OSHA, and other manufacturer certifications are a plus
- Must have basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, and steel-toe boots)
- Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the Houston area as needed

- Inspect film, printers, cutting mechanisms, and other packaging machine functions to ensure consistent product quality.
- Feed correct size, color, and quality meat products into packaging machines.
- Supply machines with lugs, film, labels, and other materials to maintain smooth production.
- Cut meat products to customer specifications and label lugs/racks accordingly.
- Count products and package finished goods.
- Prepare labels and products for shipment.
- Wrap and label pallets for outgoing shipments.
- Create and verify labels for boxes, caddies, and additional packaging materials.
- Stock finished product and packaging supplies neatly and safely on racks.
- Assist in other departments as production needs require.
Production Requirements:
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs. daily.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
- Ability to work in conditions requiring movement, standing, and handling materials throughout the shift.
- Ability to recognize and report food safety concerns, equipment failure, or facility damage to supervisors.

Welder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

CNC Set Up Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Machine setup, operation, and startup, restarting the machine, adjust tooling to maintain proper sizes, replace broken or worn tooling
- Verify conformance of work piece to specifications, using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and go-no-go gauges
- Secure all tooling and instruments required; position and secure work piece in holding device, machine table, chuck, centers, or fixtures
- Understand how to adjust work offsets and part zero
- Understand how to adjust the speed and feed of the machine according to different part specifications
- Observe daily preventative machine maintenance: proper coolant levels, filters, fan operation, clean machines, etc.
- Load tools, set tool diameters so that cutter radius compensation may be used
- Understand how to install workholding
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor may include department transfers to meet production needs
CNC Set Up Operator Requirements:
- Ability to recognize and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to understand and edit NC Programs
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and co-workers as needed
- Ability to perform intermediate shop math skills and calculations: fraction conversions, divide, multiply, percentages, etc.
- Basic computer skills required to perform inquiry, data collection or input

- Read, understand, and interpret part drawings accurately.
- Polish and finish welds to meet quality standards.

- Perform minor pushing, pulling, and twisting as needed during fabrication tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Fabricator/Welder/Fitup Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist level (2-5 times per day) and up to 20 lbs. to shoulder height (2-4 times per day).
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting (5-10 times per day).
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
- Knowledge of fractions and decimal equivalents.
-Ability to work with minimal use of mobile stairs (approximately 2 times per day).
