Job Details:
* Join a collaborative anesthesia team providing care across a full patient demographic from pediatrics to geriatrics
* This is a supervised CRNA role with a strong focus on general surgical cases
* Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients
* Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, ensuring proper management of neurological status pre- and post-procedure
* Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as required by surgical procedures
* Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout the surgical process
* Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision in a collaborative environment with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
* Maintain continuous patient monitoring throughout the perioperative phase (pre-op, intra-op, and post-op)
* Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and anesthesia records
* 32-40 hours per week (8 or 10 hour shifts), work either Monday or Friday every week
* No on-call duties required (strictly scheduled shifts)
* Operate within a Level II Trauma Center setting
* Contribute to a daily volume of approximately 50 surgical cases
* Work alongside a team in multiple operating rooms with rotating assignments based on needs
* Respond to emergencies and provide airway management, including intubation if needed
* Must have 1 year CRNA experience and active MI license required
* Board Certified CRNA, ACLS, BLS through AHA, and PALS certifications required
