Senior Level Opportunity: Regulatory Compliance Director, Cryptocurrency (New Jersey, NJ)
Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day Work From Home
Full-Time Leadership Position
Competitive Base Salary + Bonuses + Relocation Allowance (if needed)
We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance professional with a proven track record in financial services and cryptocurrency, including 6+ years in analysis, due diligence, and investigations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
A genuine interest in the crypto industry is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications include experience with transaction monitoring tools (e.g., Chainalysis, Actimize), relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS), a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and prior experience in global and crypto-specific settings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Compliance Framework: Develop and maintain robust compliance policies, procedures, controls, and frameworks.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and assess compliance with US and regional laws, regulations, and policies.
- Examinations & Audits: Lead compliance examinations, audits, and assessments.
- Compliance Reporting: Prepare reports for management, the board, and stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to implement an effective global compliance program aligned with best practices.
- Cryptocurrency Trade Monitoring: Monitor trades for rule adherence, detect illegal activities such as market manipulation and wash trading, and identify suspicious behaviors to prevent financial crimes.
- AML Investigations: Conduct investigations, perform enhanced due diligence, prepare SAR narratives, and participate in ad-hoc AML projects.
- Escalation Point: Serve as an escalation point for complex cases, providing guidance and resolution.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- CAMs certification is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong understanding and passion for crypto and regulatory matters
- Experience with regulatory reporting
- Ability to lead and develop a team in the future

Strategic Partnerships Manager (NYSE Listed Financial Services Company)
This full time manager level position is ideal for someone who has built and strengthened partnerships/collaboration in a B2B set up with the financial services/banking/capital market/brokerage industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Build powerful partnerships that attract new customers and drive business growth, while keeping costs low.
- Grow our network by connecting with financial institutions, other tech innovators, e-commerce platforms, and a wide variety of businesses.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership deals that create mutual value and boost revenue.

- Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, product, and legal to ensure seamless execution of new partnerships.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development, with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C settings within the fintech or brokerage industry.
- Expertise in scaling partnerships that successfully lower customer acquisition costs and boost efficiency.
- Experience managing high-profile partnerships and brand-building campaigns, such as those with major sporting events.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to influence and secure deals at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset, able to use market trends and analytics to create winning partnership strategies.
- Proven success with performance-based marketing, including affiliate programs.
- Strong understanding of the financial services and brokerage landscape, including products and regulations.
