Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Workday to process HR transactions, maintain employee data, and generate reports while ensuring accuracy and integrity.Coordinate high-volume recruitment activities including researching and supporting job fairs, job postings, interview scheduling, and consistent candidate communication through the recruitment-to-hire cycle.Manage onboarding workflows in Workday and support a smooth new hire experience with weekly orientation implementation; conduct new hire orientation sessions to ensure employees understand Company policies, procedures, and expectations.Manage offboarding workflows in Workday and support a smooth layoff experience, perform “stay interviews” to garner feedback to improve hiring and retention.Support Payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy by assisting with timesheet reviews, corrections, and employee inquiries related to hours worked and pay. Ensuring pay is correct and is aligned with policies and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) frameworks.Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries with a customer-service mindset. Support in the investigation process with documentation practices, research and other assigned tasks as related.Assist our internal stakeholders by reviewing and filtering initial contact/inquiries from employees to ensure they are properly supported and provided correct guidance and resources as it relates to benefits, LOA, WC etc.Work on employee scheduling and support efforts to notify employees of shift assignments or changes; ensuring scheduling aligns with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) framework.Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
