The Reimagine the Bank program is a strategic, multi-year enterprise initiative focused on transforming how the bank delivers Commercial Banking products and services by modernizing payment operations, improving client servicing, simplifying operational processes, and enabling scalable digital capabilities across the organization.

The successful candidate will partner with Business, Product, Operations, Architecture, and Engineering teams to analyze payment workflows, define future-state business capabilities, and deliver scalable payment solutions supporting ACH and Fedwire processing. This role requires a highly collaborative Business Systems Analyst with strong consulting, analytical, and facilitation skills who can independently lead discovery sessions, challenge legacy processes, and translate complex business needs into delivery-ready Agile requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
