**Here's a glimpse into your day to day:**
+ Install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including installing conduit and wiring and temporary wiring setups.
+ Experience working in a plant/industrial settings, performing a variety of construction services.
+ Candidate should be able to read/interpret electrical prints and drawings.
+ Diagnose and correct electrical malfunctions so as to maintain equipment in a state of operating effectiveness.
+ Develop wiring diagrams as necessary.
+ Use precision instrumentation such as voltmeter, ammeter, megger, wattmeter, etc.
+ Complete records and inventory of supplies necessary for performance of jobs.
+ Maintain personal work tools.
+ Perform other duties as required to maintain or improve plant reliability.
+ Conduct daily safety risk assessments on routine and non-routine job tasks.

+ Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
+ Troubleshoot and repair building equipment, power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
+ Monitor and maintain boilers, chillers, air handling units, pumps, valves, refrigeration equipment, and other facility infrastructure.
+ Complete work orders and document maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
+ Operate and monitor Building Automation/Facility Management Systems (BAS/FMS).
+ Conduct routine facility inspections and identify equipment deficiencies or safety concerns.
+ Perform minor plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs.
+ Coordinate with vendors and contractors supporting facility maintenance activities.
+ Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status to Facilities Management.
+ Respond to service requests and emergency maintenance situations in a timely manner.
+ Maintain compliance with OSHA requirements, healthcare regulations, and all site safety policies.

+ Maryland Stationary Engineer Grade 3 License.

+ Performs installation of impulse tubing to transmitters and associated infrastructure.
+ Performs calibration of instrumentation necessary for maintaining production equipment, utility, power equipment and other auxiliary measurement systems including Boilers, Chillers, Water Systems, Wastewater Systems, and other types of Industrial Systems.
+ Complete calibration and service work in accordance with in-house procedures or site procedures

+ Allen Bradley RS Logix field exposure/experience.
+ PLC/HMI Troubleshooting, minor programming, installation of instrumentation and controls, and calibration.

As an Inventory Specialist, you'll manage critical spare-parts inventory, support daily facility operations, and ensure materials move accurately and efficiently through the site. You'll play a key part in maintaining equipment readiness, resolving delivery issues, and partnering with multiple departments to keep essential workflows on track.

**Here's a glimpse into your day to day:**
+ Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
+ Labeling every product and placing them accordingly
+ Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process
+ Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory
+ Handling returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication
+ Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance
+ Conveying purchasing requirements and keeping data on the availability of products in short supply
+ Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products
+ Operate a standup forklift.
**You'll be a perfect fit if you have:**
+ HS diploma, technical school, or military training and experience in relevant field.
+ 0 to 3 Years' Experience working as a material handler or technician, preferably with GMP equipment.
+ Good mechanical aptitude and administrative skills required.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position as necessary to complete assigned tasks.
+ The person in this position needs to frequently move about client's facilities and offices to access equipment and complete tasks.
+ Frequently move tools and equipment weighing up to 50lbs across client facilities as needed to complete tasks.

As a Site Safety/CSE Rescue Technician, you'll support client projects by overseeing confined space entry operations, ensuring safe work practices, and serving as an on site resource for hazard prevention and emergency readiness. + Travel to industrial client sites in the mid-Atlantic to perform Confined Space Entry Rescue Standby Services.
+ Understand CSE Rescue Plan, safety procedures and processes.
+ Fill out CSE permits and ensure all required safety equipment is operational.
+ Represent the company during safety meetings with general contractors.
+ Write job hazard analysis (JHA) and health & safety plans (HASP) as needed.
**You'll be a perfect fit if you have:**
+ Volunteer Firefighter or EMT experience
+ First Aid/CPR certified
+ Understanding of confined space hazards, including chemical, physical, and atmospheric risks
+ Ability to travel locally, regionally and overnight as required.
+ OSHA 10 or 30 hours in Construction certification is a plus
+ Training in confined space, hazmat, rope, trench, EMT is a plus
**Physical Requirements/Work environment**
+ Ability to stand, crouch, kneel, climb ladders, and lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
+ Ability to wear respiratory protection (N95, half-face respirator, SCBA, SABA)
+ Working from manufacturing/plant environments; can be dusty, dirty, loud, and exposed to elements.
+ Work in a confined space
