Location: Tampa, FL 33602; Jersey City, NJ 07302; Dallas, TX 75201. Base: $121,000 - $150,000. Hybrid Role. Our client, a leading financial services infrastructure provider, seeks an IT Senior Audit Manager to lead complex audit projects.
Role Focus- Lead end-to-end IT audit projects
- Manage audit team relationships
- Drive strategic control improvements
- Mentor junior team members
- Execute complex IT audits
- Assess control effectiveness
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Validate issue remediation
- Perform risk-based planning
- Lead continuous monitoring initiatives
- 8+ years relevant experience
- IT audit expertise (SDLC, Change Management, Security)
- Infrastructure audit experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- Team leadership capabilities
- CISA, CRISC, or CISSP certification
- Infrastructure component audit experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Financial services background
- IT General Controls
- SDLC processes
- Change Management
- Logical Security - Business Continuity/DR
- Infrastructure components (Mainframe, Unix/Linux, Windows)
- Quality of control assessments
- Report timeliness and clarity

- Work with staff to ensure individual and business tax returns are completed correctly and by the required deadline.
- Review, approve, and sign tax returns for release to clients.
- Coach or mentor staff members to assist with enhancing their skills and further developing their careers.
- Gather relevant tax-related information from clients to prepare accurate tax returns.
- Analyze tax situations from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
- Network, build relationships, and attract new clients or business for the firm.
- Bill clients for the services and guidance provided.
- Leading teams and working closely with partners and clients.
- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of tax return preparation and filing.
- Providing mentorship and development opportunities for staff.
- Contributing to the growth and success of the firm through client acquisition and relationship building.

- Prior public accounting experience
