**About the role:**
The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and productive operation of our physical facilities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for building maintenance, landlord relations, and vendor management. The Facilities Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensure all site services are delivered to high standards, keeping our buildings fully operational, compliant, and optimized for business needs.
**Primary Responsibilities:**

**Education:**

+ Responsible to lead the on-boarding process for new customers and develop those accounts until they can transition to a team account.
**Education:**
+ High School diploma
**Knowledge / training:**
+ Functional Microsoft Office skills
+ Moderate understanding of industry trends, market forces, and customer expectations
+ Basic product knowledge and applications
+ Proficiency with the product catalog
+ Phone etiquette for customer interaction.
**Experience:**
+ 1+ years of experience supporting customers or outside sales personnel.
