Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial settings
Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment as needed
Install ductwork, piping, vents, thermostats, and other HVAC system components
Follow installation plans, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures
Test, commission, and verify proper system performance after installation
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Complete installation documentation accurately and on time
Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors
Perform work throughout the North Austin Metro, Texas (78758) area

Minimum 2-3 HVAC installation experience required
Working knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, installation methods, and hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, and technical documentation
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license
EPA Section 608 Certification preferred
NATE Certification or equivalent industry certification preferred
Experience installing a variety of residential and commercial HVAC equipment is a plus
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and work in confined spaces when necessary
Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and job site conditions
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Three or more years of commercial HVAC installation and/or refrigeration experience preferred
Commercial refrigeration installation experience preferred
Grocery store refrigeration installation experience highly preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of commercial HVAC/R systems, refrigeration systems, controls, piping, and related equipment
