Assistant HR Officer

Assist HR managers with recruitment, record keeping, and payroll processing, as well as providing clerical support to all employees.

Responsibilities:
Offer advice to Managers
Work with the personnel to process their monthly supply request forms
In charge of conducting pre-employment checks on all new school hires.
Keep track of and register sick leave in the HR system
Calculate the salaries of your employees.
Mentoring and training of administrative staff.
Contribute to keeping the HR and pay service at an optimal level of “school buyback.”
Incorporate an online application procedure into a full school recruitment service.
Make plans for a meeting and keep a journal.
Assist schools with HR/Pay difficulties.
Assistance with certain areas of training provided by HR colleagues
Produce and distribute employment contracts, as well as official appointment letters.
