Associate Attorney

Arrange meetings with clients to determine their needs, decide on the best course of action, and represent clients’ interests at meetings and in court are all part of the job.

Responsibilities:
Client consultation to determine the specifics and merits of each case
Conducting a study to determine a modus operandi by consulting legislation, case law, and other legal documents.
Reports, contracts, and appeals are among the legal materials I’ve written.
Notifying your line manager of any significant developments in each situation
Assuring the confidentiality and security of information collected from clients.

Requirements:
Bachelors in a law degree
Licensed to practice law in the area where you want to work.
Proven experience as an attorney in your chosen specialty.
familiarity with legislation and case law within and related to your specialty
Accounting knowledge at the intermediate level.
Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
