Barista

Make high-quality coffees and act as a source of information for customers on coffee types as well as any other coffee-related items for sale, such as coffee beans, coffee grinding or brewing equipment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages.
Operate, maintain and clean all equipment properly.
Respond politely and efficiently to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints.
Handle cash and credit card payments correctly by adhering to proper cash-handling procedures.
Serve pastries and food, maintaining stock rotation and levels
Serve customers quickly, efficiently and accurately.
Follow all applicable health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
Strong ability to multi-task
Basic Math skills
Ability to problem solve quickly
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to follow directions
Flexible working hours
