Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with company stakeholders and customers. Analyzing customer feedback data to see if customers are satisfied with the company’s products and services.
To adhere to the Society’s customer service codes at all times to provide outstanding internal and external customer service.
Collaborating with advertisers on marketing materials.
Providing marketing, pricing and service level agreements to support the rollout of WES Services to schools.
Visiting patients and spreading the word about the hospital.
Any extra responsibilities that are appropriate for the position.
Build a sales and marketing team of your own and lead them to greatness.
By being current on industry trends, market activity and rivals, you can see future product upgrades or new goods.
Assist in the upkeep of the intermediary website. Develop business opportunities by identifying prospects and assessing their industry position. Study and analyze sales choices.
For new business inquiries, respond to underwriting questions.
To work on individual projects as needed to grow the Traded Service business.
Develop and implement an efficient inbound marketing strategy in collaboration with the Managing Director.
Telephone and email marketing of mortgage products and policies to introducers.
Meet agreed-upon KPIs for the quality and quantity of new business inquiries.
Make appropriate case referrals to the Mortgage Referrals Committee.
Excellent and assured telephone style. Demonstrated understanding and execution of successful development initiatives.
Good IT abilities, including a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Outlook and Excel.
At least one year of sales experience in the industry.
Strong emphasis on customer service.
Work experience in a building society or the financial sector is preferred.
Working knowledge of Mortgages.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales setting. ability to think on one’s feet
